  Update: Brittany Bronson general manager reached out to let me know that they would not be fixing their paint job! took my vehicle in for paint repair under dealer warranty. when I got my vehicle back I noticed one of the doors on original quote was only clear coated over the peeling paint, headliner all stained with black grease, and other stuff missing. called and they were super nice and said to bring it back and they would fix everything. By that time my driver door had started peeling so we had them add that to be fixed since they were going to have my car again. went to pick my car up today to find the absolute worst paint job….. they used a marker or putty. I left it sitting!

  Painting is awful! This is what we were given. Spoke to the painter when manager had to go home early. He said "this happens to me every week. Assemblers usually catch it but not this time"

  I picked up my car after it had been in for repairs, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told only at that point that there had been problems during the repair work on it. I was never contacted beforehand to be informed of these issues or to discuss possible adjustments. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. The way I was spoken to during pickup was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the interaction made the situation even more frustrating. The quality of the repair work itself was also concerning. Some of the bondo was visibly showing, which indicates poor finishing and attention to detail. Additionally, the rear light that was supposedly fixed was not properly secured and had slid downward, making it clear that the repair was incomplete or poorly done. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly blamed these issues on the car having prior damage. While I understand the vehicle did have previous damage, this was used as an excuse rather than taking responsibility for the current quality of the work. While I understand the car had prior damage, that does not excuse substandard workmanship or lack of proper communication. I expected a professional repair and a reasonable level of care, and that standard was not met. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and needs to be addressed.
