  Had a confirmed booking with them. Spent money on a Lyft for an hour here and told when I got here, sorry we don't have anything available.

  I've rented 15 or 20 times over the last 30 years, mainly because they're the only major rental car company in Sanford. They have always been able to meet my needs at a decent price.

  Exceptional customer service. Vehicle was perfect. Reserved online which made the check in process super smooth. No issues with the jeep. No complaints. Will definitely rent from this location in the future.

  Thank you for asking! My family have been using Sanford, NC Enterprise for 8 years. I’m a big believer in supporting local business! However, the last 4 years we have been witness to a revolving door of mismanagement and “bait and switch” advance bookings. Let me share more - 1- 3 1/2 years ago we rented an SUV so we could drive my MIL to NY to bury my recently deceased FIL. We booked well in advance but upon arrival we were told our only options were the choice between a van that smelled like marijuana and covered in dog hair or another van that wasn’t clean and didn’t have Sirius. No one called us to let us know there was an issue. We rented it out of desperation only to find during our trip that the tires were bald and alerts showing it needed to be serviced! Upon returning the van you had the audacity to ask us for a 5 star review! 2. November 2025 I booked an SUV in advance so that I could have room for luggage and enough space to accommodate my family. Once again upon arrival I am told the only vehicle available is a large pick up truck with no tonneau cover on the back. It had not been washed or cleaned. No one called to give us heads up so we could make other arrangements. We took the truck because we were on a time constraint. Once again you had the balls to ask us for a 5 star review. 3. June 6, 2026 - I called today regarding my booking before I was due to arrive and spoke to Jordan who informed me and my husband that the SUV we had booked was not available. She told us that she had called our cell and left a message regarding the issue on Friday, June 5th. There was no phone call - no message. The only available vehicle that she had was a van! Flash back to “weed” and dog hair. We were pissed and let her know it. She told us that she didn’t feel comfortable renting a car to us and told us she didn’t want our business. LOL To answer your question of how you can help us- you cant! As our town motto says we are “Well Centered” to go anywhere but Sanford Enterprise. CAR RENTERS BE WARY OF THIS BUSINESS
