  Josh, Jordan, and Trent helped us have a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Sanford, NC this week. They were friendly, professional, and helpful in our car rental pick-up and return.   The car I got from this location was very stinky (like someone was chain smoking cigarettes in it) and was not clean (dirty indicators, stains on seat and in trunk compartment). Had to swap the car out in charlotte at another location due to the intensely bad smell. Checked in online for a 10am pick up and the car was still being cleaned when I came to get it at 1100. Person who dropped this car off before I picked it up said he has also received it very dirty with a lot of dog hair in it. Would not recommend a fullsize sedan rental from this enterprise location.

  Enterprise in sanford sucks i dont care when you put in a reservation they never have what you ask for or they give you a broke down car DO NOT GO HERE
