  Every single time I go no matter what the reason oil change, tire rotation, skid plate hanging on by a thread 🤣 they always give top notch service. Everyone is always so nice and respectful.

  I love not having to get out of my car! Prices are fair and even less than where I was going before. Guys there are so nice and polite! You’ll never know unless you try them, at least once. I did, and I’ll continue to go back!

  I’m a resident of Salisbury. I started going to these quick oil change places to avoid dealing with the dealership. I’ve always used Valvoline oil in my vehicles, ever since I used to change it myself. My last visit was to the Valvoline location on Market Street Drive across from Zaxby’s on Faith Road in Salisbury. That visit ended up costing me over 900 dollars in repairs to get my vehicle back to normal. I pulled in for an oil change and they drained my oil. While I was sitting there. The vehicle beside me was getting serviced too. I overheard them tell the driver they’d put transmission fluid into the engine where the oil goes. While they were handling that, a service guy came around to my side and showed me my air filter. It did look a bit rough, so I had him change it. I was heading out of town and figured it would help my gas mileage. After I got home and loaded up to leave, the vehicle started stalling at stop lights and running really rough. I thought it was trash in the fuel tank from filling up for the trip. I bought fuel injector cleaner but it drove the same. When I got back home, I took it to my auto repair guy. He said it was the fuel pump. After changing that, he found an air leak around the air filter. The air filter housing was broken. Looks like when the technician pulled the cover off, he damaged it. They’re so eager to sell cabin and air filters that they’ll rip them out just to show them to you. After talking with the manager about this, he decided they weren’t responsible and didn’t offer any compensation. Didn’t even meet me halfway. So I’m headed back to the dealership and staying away from these kids running these places. I know that’s a lot to read, but the key points are: they put transmission fluid where the oil goes, they rip off your air filter cover to show you the filter, and they don’t say anything after breaking your stuff. Big part was the $900 I spent to fix my 2021 GMC truck. So be aware of your next visit.
