2 years ago they RUINED the paint on my car I JUST bought with some kind of spots that to this day I cannot get off 1 side .. even off the glass ...
Had new ownership last week , so I took company truck on a saturday , asked about commercial discount for multi vehicles and I go through the cycle... the entire front bumper n hood on ford transit van never got touched. .... I took a water bottle n rag n cleaned it in the lot ... its just not good imo .. and doesn't appear to be getting any better .

Take 5 is by far the best self car wash! Me and my daughter come once a week. Sometimes we stop and clean the inside of the car, some days we ride through just because

Today I went to take one of my vehicles through the wash. I currently have multiple vehicles and memberships with this location. My business vehicle is driven daily, but some of my personal vehicles may sit for months at a time, so I already knew I needed to update my payment information and renew my membership.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a staff member. He wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but he asked me to completely back out while other vehicles were pulling in behind me. I expressed that I didn’t feel it was the safest option and asked if he could simply allow me through the gate so I could pull to the side safely and handle everything inside. He repeated that I needed to back up and come inside.
At that point, I decided to move forward and just pay for a single wash instead. That’s when Guillermo immediately stepped in and asked what the issue was. After I explained the situation, he listened, understood my concern, and simply asked me to come inside after the wash — which I did.
Because of Guillermo’s immediate attention to customer service, he not only saved a loyal customer, but I also renewed my membership as well.
Customer service is slowly fading away in the era we live in today, and experiences like this truly stand out. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, and this was the first time I felt like I didn’t matter as a customer.
Take 5 should be proud to have a team member like Guillermo. Thank you again for your professionalism and superior customer service!

Guys were super nice, asked if I needed anything I asked Trevor if he would spray the back of my car good and he did a great job very polite

The company double charged me 2 months in a row...I went to several people and emailed to get refund..got no where for 3 months until NEW MANAGER, Nate. Came into picture...I told him and within 15 minutes he researched it, found corrected measures, called me back, informed me I was getting refund that day! AND I DID...without Nate, I would still be fighting to get refund from corporate...THANK YOU NATE. He is the best...I believe the Salisbury location will now be run smoothly under his leadership!
