  Mike and his guys actually IMPRESSED ME quite a bit. From the moment I pulled in they all had a smile and were in good spirits. Mike guided me in the bay while I asked 100 questions and he was able to answer ever single one without hesitation, he is extremely knowledgeable, and kind. I was given a price for my oil change and not one time did anyone try to sell me more! I appreciate Mike and his guys, I would recommend Strickland brothers in Salisbury to anyone that will listen! I will be back!

  I regularly go to Strickland Brothers for my oil changes. It doesn't matter what location I go to, they are always friendly and have great, fast service. Plus, they always have money saving coupons available.

  I’ve been going here for over a year, and never had a complaint But this last weekend I got an oil change and right after the oil change my check engine light came on with a code showing it was a sensor in that area. While i understand the sensor was not physically touched , there was no problem with my sensor before getting the oil changed, so there was nothing they would do. I was told “sensor probably just decided to go out at the exact time we did the oil change”. Well, I may be a girl and I do know sensors go out randomly but I also know that it could have easily been damaged during the oil change. I actually enjoyed using them as my shop for oil changes , but being told “the sensor probably just decided to go out at the exact moment we changed the oil” felt very condescending and dismissive So now a 70 dollar oil change will cost me over 300 dollars and I’ll be looking for a new oil change shop

  No issues here, staff were all friendly and it was a quick in-and-out, they didn't try to oversell me on everything either, offered some additional products and when I declined, that was it. If they supported Element fleet vehicles, I would take the work truck in every other month for sure, very convenient location.
