  I just had a great experience with this location! I came in right before they closed to get my brake light replaced on my Kia Sportage and they took me right away. My brake light was easily fixed within in a short amount of time. Alex, Chase and Shelia were all very friendly and helpful.

  Brought my truck in after the universe told me "nah dude, don't put off changing out your tires anymore" and everyone was kind, professional, and understanding. All in all, I had all 4 tires changed out, new brake pads installed (they were THIN, don't judge me lol), and an alignment performed. This business is veteran friendly and gave me a 10% discount off of the tires and pressure sensors—they had even better discounts on the pads and alignment! Alex is a knowledgeable guy, and he explained everything clearly to me. The invoice is easy to read and at no point did I feel that this business was trying to take advantage of me. I will GLADLY be returning for my tire/suspension needs. Thanks to everyone at Mavis!

  Yes how I came over here to the Mavis on Faith Road and Alex helped me out a lot I had to get a new tire on my car because of garbage truck hit me and I have no money for a new tire or to fix the tire or to change it Alex bless his heart heard my pleas in Christ and put my new tire on for no charge he is the best I will recommend anybody to come to this Mavis Tire and brakes on Faith Road in Salisbury North Carolina DAWN WILLIAMS

  Had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and my car was ready sooner than expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the whole visit stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but this location definitely earned my confidence. Manager Sheila is great making sure everything is A+! If you’re looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and a team that actually cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  Mavis Tires and Brakes are awesome!! Thomas was the best and very upfront and honest about issues with my vehicle. Shelia is also amazing! She knows exactly what needs to be done. They have you in and out in no time at all. I'll definitely be a repeat customer from now own. It's hard to find a place this trustworthy, honest, and transparent. They gave me a deal and I'm very grateful.They are great with kids, also! Thank you so much for saving the day! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Need a reliable place to take your vehicle? Well..
