  I was visiting from Atlanta and had a slow leak by the time I arrived we in Salisbury. Stetson requested to look at the tire with me to assess the issue. I found Stetson be thorough in explaining the process and possible outcome based on how long I had to drive while the tire was flat. Stetson was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I felt I could trust his assessment as I did not detect any dishonesty nor an attempt to just sell me a tire. Stetson was exceptional. I also appreciated how quickly Austin, the Technician handled the tire change. The experience left me feeling safe to travel back to Atlanta.

  Great customer service with Stetson and Jeremy at the Jake Alexander Location they helped me get my car situated fast and I was pleased with the outcome and the speed of service with affordable pricing !!! Thank you sooooo much

  after leaving jonda dealership. took here where I got cameras inside and out of my car. they messed up the drivers side front and back shocks. they busted my shocks messed up my steering. I just had dealership that worked on it. and mavis improperly puts tires on and drops cars so hard it bust the shocks on both front and back drivers side on mine. someone told me not to go there. wished id bought the tires and just kept and put on my self. they costing me hundreds of dollars

  Boyd was so friendly and helpful. I took a car I was looking at buying to his store for a pre-purchase inspection. He had me in & out very quickly and gave me a thorough breakdown of their findings. The whole experience gave me a lot more confidence in the decision making process.

  Big thanks to Mavis Tires & Brakes for getting me taken care of today. I needed a tire replaced, and the staff was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. The whole process was easy, and they had me back on the road in no time. I appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire service.
