Paid for a camper over a week ago and General RV Camper tells us that the money has still not cleared the bank even though we have proof the check cleared the bank. Very poor customer service with this financial transaction. Never had this happen when a purchase has been made and a week and a half later, still cannot get what you paid lots of money for....left us all very dissatisfied customers 😒
Great Service when in a bind!! Had a rather tricky electrical problem the Salisbury staff had worked on, got out on our first trip to western NC, arrived on a Friday night and found our 30 amp didn't work and the generator wouldn't power the class C. Things were looking pretty bleak. Saturday morning I left a message for Chris Vasquez/Service Manager detailing my situation. Chris got back to me in short order and stated he was in the process of locating a mobile tech on the west side of the state and then brought his service tech onto the call. The service tech resolved both issues by patiently walking me through the options. Chris got back on the phone and scheduled a appointment for first thing Monday morning to go through a few outlet problems, and he was there to meet me. all problems were resolved at no charge and we're back camping. It made us feel like someone cares, which often doesn't happen now-a-day. Thanks again Chris.

First class overall experience !!! Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, all financing was in order, the delivery experience was exceptional !!! Everyone we interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and understood the value of “A Positive Customer Experience” !!!!
May 3 ,2026 we spent the day with David looking at camper not really knowing for sure just what we wanted. He was very thorough asking us what we were looking for but beings it was going to be our first time purchasing we didn't really know. But after looking at a couple we knew what we liked and what we didn't like. So we were about to figure it out. David was excellent with us. He spent the entire day figuring out what would suit our best needs. Exhausted we purchased an Alliance Paradigm. We are very happy with our choice.
Update: This place is the worse. Ive left 3 messages via email and they reply to the review telling me to contact them - again! Why dont they contact me!?! Hardly an attempt to fix it. If I was the owner I would teach them how to answer and place phone calls. The entire company is afraid to pick up a phone!
Orig: Can't seem to get them to want to sell us anything! Hopefully someone else will reach out to us someday since we have tried to pay for an RV all weekend but cannot get anyone to engage with us!!!!
Thursday: Wow, Iman promised to call 2 or 3 times via email but never did. He did however set up a walk through for an RV we didn't buy because of him! Seriously, that guy is awful. Made a terrible experience worse compounding it with their idiocy. Sunday: Iman reached out to set up an appointment to remedy the situation which was encouraging. We replied but again, no response all day. Communication is a Monumental challenge at this location and so frustrating considering they are attempting to make us happy?! This does not do it. Sat: Had a great experience with Aaron this week, but now he's a ghost. Went to sign papers to purchase our new RV with an appointment that had been discussed with at least 3 different staff beforehand, and were greeted as if we were intruding on their day and rude for showing up. After no reply from General RV, and lots of tears, we realize we probably dodged a bullet. Read other reviews and see this is not uncommon. Super sad day. 😥 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
