If I could give Mark Anderson more than 5 stars, I would. We chose to purchase our RV from General RV because of Mark, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He answered every question we had, showed us multiple RVs, stayed in constant communication, and even stayed late one evening to make sure we had everything we needed. What impressed me the most was that his customer service didn’t end after the sale. When we experienced issues with our RV, Mark continued to check on us, helped us get in contact with the service department, and was always willing to answer questions and point us in the right direction. I’ll be honest—I usually don’t enjoy dealing with salespeople. But Mark completely changed that for me. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond in every way. He made what could have been a stressful purchase an enjoyable experience. If you’re shopping for an RV at General RV, ask for Mark Anderson. He’s the reason we chose General RV, and he’s the kind of person every dealership should hope to have representing them.

We went to General RV to just look at a few rvs that we had picked out. Was so happy that this General RV had such a good selection. When we arrived we were told we would have to be escorted. This is not our favorite way of looking but we went with the process. We were assigned to a sales rep by the name of Kevin Byrd. He made the experience the best ever! Please note we had no intention of buying an rv as we had to consider some options and had some truly bad experiences with purchasing at dealerships in the past. Kevin was so easy going, professional, patient and understanding. He was exactly what we like to see in a sales person. That made all the difference for us. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing, just a truly good person. He even took the time to ho back out to the last rv we decided on and let us take our dogs inside for our final decision. The staff at Salisbury RV were fabulous! The day we picked up our rig we didn’t feel pushed in and out. It was relaxed and they let us have our time we needed to look over our new Brinkley! CJ in finance was great as well. No hassle, patient , and great listener. Sam did our walk through and truly shined with knowing how to operate everything and gave is the opportunity to inspect on our own as needed. This specific General RV is doing it right. Not to mention the facility itself was beautiful clean and well stocked. Thumbs up to the Ben the manager for keeping the store operating this way. The way it should be. Honest friendly and easy. Please ask for sales rep Kevin if you visit. I promise he wont disappoint if you are looking for an honest and professional rep. Thank you All! -Paul and Bethany

Eric was very welcoming, respectful, kind, as well as extremely knowledgeable about their product lines. He answered all of our questions readily. If he didn't know the answer when initially asked, he found the answer. He wanted to be sure we saw the units we wanted to see and received the information we needed and wanted. Not pushy at all which is a great quality! He made us feel at ease as we looked at a variety of campers. Eric is a wonderful gentleman who we highly recommend working with if you are looking for a camper. Thank you Eric for a great experience at General RV today!

After nearly 30 years of camping, my wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for in a camper. We recently set out to purchase a new Wildwood Grand Lodge 44 View, and I cannot stress enough how much better our experience with General RV was compared to another national dealer we attempted to work with. When we reached out to General RV, we were connected with David Frankel. From the very start, David was outstanding. We were navigating this purchase remotely from Massachusetts, which can be daunting, but David made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to earn our business—even successfully price-matching to ensure we felt confident in our decision. It is rare to find a salesperson who truly listens and makes a remote transaction feel as personal and easy as an in-person one. If you are in the market for a camper, do yourself a favor and reach out to David Frankel at General RV. He has earned our loyalty, and we couldn’t be happier with our new Grand Lodge.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT- ONCE YOU LEAVE THAT DEALERSHIP ITS YOURS GOOD OR BAD. $250K RV Broke down hour and half from dealership. We called them for assistance we were 600 miles from our home. The young assistant talked with maintenance department, and they explained that they don't have an authorized Freightliner Mechanic at this store, so she provided me number to call. Unfortunately, our cell service was weak, so we decided to drive to the next exit. Three different check engine lights were on and radiator fluid leaking from reservoir, the temperature gauge never exceeded 180 degrees. We drove to the next exit, parked in a church parking lot by this time the radiator fluid was pouring from the reservoir cap. We attempted the number she gave us plus many more from Google but being after most business close only got voicemail. We called the Dealership back and by this time they were closed. I honestly thought they would reach out to us but never did, only FIVE DAYS LATER after they sent us a text message and wanted us to rate the dealership, of course a big 0. I called the Dealership Saturday and asked to speak to the manger that is in charge of the store, only got his VM. The young lady that called and asked why we rated them so low, pour girl got an ear full, I also told her that I called Saturday and tried to talk with someone in charge and left a VM. That evening the Manger, Matt returned my call said he wasn't actually in charge of the store by was one of the managers. He also went on to say he had over 60 VM and just hadn't time to check them, "WOW". He apologized for all the screw ups and wanted to send someone to pick up our RV once it repaired and deliver it. I will pick the RV; it has been in shop as of tomorrow two weeks. Wife and I drove basically a full day last week to pick it up, but 50 miles down the road all three check engine lights came on. This RV RETIREMENT BUCKET LIST HAS TURNED INTO FREAKING NIGHTMARE. Easy fix: Clean house on management side-not employees. They should have sent a tow truck immediately, set us up in our old RV or motel until they figure it out. KEYNOTE-NEVER USE ANY OF YOUR CASH WHEN BUYING BIG PURCHASE ITEMS LET THEM AND THE CREDIT COMPANY ARGUE IT OUT WHEN YOU REFUSE TO MAKE A PAYEMENT ON $250K RV THAT WONT EVEN MAKE HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP.
