  Very impressive.....I highly recommend coming here. The staff is amazing, the service they go above and beyond to help you. We purchased our 2026 Alliance Delta 25RL and absolutely love it. They fixed any issues before we even left with the camper. Cameron/Bryan thank you for helping making this decision easy. Highly recommend please come and see and meet them .

  Anthony was a great salesman for us! Very knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we were looking for. I learned a lot I did not know about the RVs we looked at. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. They were not pushy salesman, felt like they truly just wanted to help.

  After going to the raleigh RV show, we decided to buy a Nexus Triumph from General. We have never owned an RV before and we're so excited The day we arrived to pick up our brand new RV, as we were doing the walk through, we noticed some issues (cosmetic and structure). Not only did they jump right up to fix and resolve the issues, they did it with grace and made us feel very reassured. After the process and how they handled everything. We 100% recommend them! Cameron and Bruce were amazing at talking us through, keeping us informed and calling the manufacturer on our behalf to make sure this whole process was to our expectations. We will be repeat customers

  Id like to give a huge thankyou and shout out to Kristen Leonard hands down deserves a raise and a round of applause by far the kindest and caring employee up there !!! Just purchased a 2027 Keystone Hideout Camper that i love love love its beautiful with lots of storage space super cozy while spacious enough for everyone to have enough elbow room ... First time buying a camper i was a little nervous and skeptical of the whole sale i will not mention the salesman by name however ....I said something to another employee whom saw i was getting a little frustrated when we came back to finalize paperwork and pick up the camper she was running around going above and beyond for me with a smile on her face the entire time and made sure to address all of my concerns including the mediocre salesman to make sure I was a hundred and ten percent happy with my purchase... Big thanks again General RV 🙏 🙌 🙏 and especially KRISTEN LEONARD I greatly appreciate your help

  My husband went to General RV to purchase our 4th and final camper. I was Leary and on guard at first because of past experiences with other dealerships. Our first interaction was with Hailey. We told her what we were looking for and the price range. She listened and showed us units that were in our budget and taste. She never once tried to show us more expensive units. She was so nice to work with. We noticed two things that concerned us which was the shower wall and front tires worn on the outside, she made sure these items were part of our deal to be fixed.Our next interaction was with I believe his name was Gabe. He did our walk through and was very knowledgeable of all aspects of this camper. Took the time to show us all the electronics as we are old and technology challenged. The shower wall was fixed and front end alignment was supposedly completed however I was unsure of that since there was no paperwork showing the work. We took possession of the camper and I took it to my diseal mechanic who check the alignment and it had not been done. We paid out of pocket for the alignment. I called Hailey at general RV letting her know the agreed alignment had not been done. She immediately took care of this and they are reimbursing us for the wheel alignment. This speaks volumes of their customer service. They have earned my trust and plan on recommending them to friends and family looking to buy a RV
