  Customer service from Mike was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a car rental needs.

  The guys at this location always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of every step of the rental process. I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service.

  We had a reservation after breaking down on the highway near the Salisbury location. We called the reservationist they confirmed availability. We were 15 minutes away from the facility. Enterprise advertises that they will come pick you up. It was 30 minutes before they’re closed so they said they would not come pick us up. We obtained a lLyft driver to get a ride to their facility. There were five people inside when we arrived, but it was 10 minutes after 6 o’clock. Even though we were told by Central reservations that they would wait for us they refused to rent a vehicle. there were more than a dozen vehicles in the parking lot and central reservations insisted they did have availability. We explained that we were in route to a funeral and no one was even the least bit sympathetic. I will not rent from Enterprise ever again and I used to give them lots of business.

  Absolutely a horrible experience was given a car the rental started off good but when I extended the rental I told then the check engine light was on. I was told that's been happening on all the Jettas. Then the same day I broke down and after a back and forth from person to person I was hung up on and I called back and spoke with Kaden who rented me the car. He said ill call you back after an hour later and already late to work I walked the 2 miles I had left to go . To this day I still never got a call back. Horrible customer service oh and still charged me for that day

  I had to rent a vehicle for well over a year after my Jeep gave up the ghost. Enterprise was amazing and provided excellent customer service with every single encounter. Every time I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly with a smile. The employees were always quick to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. I was finally able to buy a new car the other day through Enterprise, so I won’t need to rent one any more, but if for any reason I ever need to again, I won’t go anywhere besides this Enterprise. I feel like I’ve made new friends. They’re all wonderful.
