  I needed to replace a Duracell battery that was under a 36 month warranty. Transaction was seamless and took less than 10 minutes to get a replacement and new paperwork. No hassles whatsoever. Store manager even carried battery to my car trunk. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!

  My experiences with mister tire have been great. They have done a lot of work on my truck, and I don't think I could take it anywhere else for the simple fact that Robert, at mister tire's knows my truck better then, any other shop around?. We have had a few hiccups with a transfer case in drive shaft support. But other than that, I've always been treated well, they've changed my oil fuel filter. Hooked some lights up for me in the front grill and did breakers, in rotors, all the way around! When you find somebody that does as much work on your truck as mister tires has in Roxboro you need to keep taking it to the same place because they are the ones that know your vehicle better than yourself!

  This is the only place I take my vehicle to for inspections! Have know staff for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. Price is great,they check very throughly, and are very nice and professional! Sure sometimes you might have to wait longer than usual, but that's because they're busier some days and really would you rather they rush about something like your safety?I I wouldn't!!!!

  Made an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change. Got there a few minutes early and handed over the keys. Sat outside and waiting more than 45 minutes and my truck was still sitting there. Assumed they were a bit behind so I went inside and sat in their waiting area. I looked at the people behind the front desk hoping to catch their attention and see if they’d give me an update or something but no they didn’t even ignored me as I walked by. Around 9:30 they took my truck back. I thought “ok it’s just an oil change how long could they take?” They took another 50 minutes to bring the truck back around. Then when they were checking me out they tried to sell me on brakes, tires and alignment. By that point it was almost 10:30. They never apologized or even acknowledged the fact it took them 2 hours to do just an oil change even with me having an appointment. I’ll never give them my business again and I’ll make sure no one in my family uses them either. -5 Stars Two thumbs down 👎
