Rebecca and Jordan picked me up and was very nice and professional. Both of my cars needed work and the mechanic answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate this team at this location!

- CSCalley SivilsJun 26, 20261.0SCAM! INCOMPETENT SCAM! We scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and were told it would take 1hr. Upon arrival, this was upped to 1.5hr and we said "no problem." So my husband left and came back at about 2:40 and was told "oh yeah, you should have a voicemail" which he did not because THEY DID NOT/COULD NOT INPUT A SIMPLE PHONE NUMBER INTO THEIR SYSTEM ACCURATELY. This was followed by a "we couldn't do it because your wheel bearings are slightly loose. It'll be 900$ to fix that." My husband also saw them drive his truck around for seemingly no reason. I guess this is the level of intelligence and service they get away with in Roxboro. YUCK.

Had to reschedule first appointment after the "Call Center" booked the wrong time for the annual NC vehicle inspection & couldn't wait 4 hours. This time I waited more than 3 hours after a 9am appointment. If time is important to you, don't waste it here. Nice enough staff, but they really need to improve their operations, staffing & scheduling.
