  The people that work here are amazing but there are not enough of them. The online booking system is ridiculous. They are constantly overbooked. Last time I went in an oil change took over 4 hours. I decided to try them again and there was one tech working and I was one of 5 people bringing my car in at the same exact appointment time first thing in the morning. I was going to have to wait nearly all day to get an inspection done and oil change despite having an appointment. I won’t go to this location anymore because the disorganization created by the online scheduling makes me feel they can’t guarantee they will get the work done on my vehicle and that they don’t respect my time.

  My husband took car at 9:30 for a state inspection and was told inspector does show up until 10:30. He ended up being there until almost 12 pm.

  NEVER AGAIN! I gave them 2 chances and they screwed me over both times. In 2023 I took my truck to them just for a simple spark plug change. A couple hours later they tell me I need a new head gasket and Persian valves too. There was never anything wrong with the Persian valves or head gasket when I dropped it off. On top of that, after I spent all this money to let them do this, my truck never crunk back up and I had to get it towed to our family mechanic. Come to find out I had to get another engine put in my truck because of what they did. Fast forward to last month. Call them and ask if they knew how to replace Cadillac converters and they said yes. I informed them that I already have a brand new set that I bought and I just need them replaced and my old ones taken off and put in the box. Dropped my truck off on a Sunday morning, and sometime after 2pm, I get a call saying they were replaced. Then they started asking me questions like " did your truck have an exhaust leak before you brought it in?". I said NO. I've never had an exhaust leak or else I wouldn't be driving it. I told him what it was doing and what the code was when I had it scanned. His response was" Well I wasn't the one that replaced it and I didn't test drive it before it was done so I didn't know why you were getting Cadillac converters replaced". Are you serious???. Well I need to talk to the one that did...not you! I specifically told him if there's an exhaust leak then just put the old ones back on. I pick up my truck an hour later after speaking with him and they were already closed. I assume that my truck was fixed and they corrected the problem. I crank up my truck and it sound like a 18-wheeler. It was loud, there was a rattling sound under my hood, and the exhaust leak was awful! I drove my truck the next day because I had to go to work and even with my windows down, it was very strong and it made me sleepy. I called them right away. I took it back to them to make sure they fixed it and they said whoever put them on, didn't even put the gaskets on all of them. The new gaskets were still in the box. Well that explains the exhaust leak smh. And yet they still wanted me to pay $600 for something that they messed up....AGAIN. I told them I wasn't going to pay anything until they fixed the problem. And they said they would. I left to get something to eat and when I got back, they had closed. They told me where my key was. Got ready to crank up my truck, and it wouldn't even crank. Had to get it jumped off. The next day, same problem. Had to get it jumped off again. The Cadillac converters were fixed and running quiet and smooth like it's supposed to. But it makes me wonder. Did they purposely do something to my truck or knocked something a loose. I got the problem fixed by going to our family mechanic who's been doing the work on our vehicles for decades. The only reason why I went to Mr. Tires is because it was convenient around my busy schedule. But lesson learned....conveniency isn't always a good thing. Stick to who you know. And don't go to them unless you just want your tires changed or oil change. Probably have to be cautious with that too.

  Came in with no appointment (I’m from out of town) and's was greeted by friendly staff who listened to my concerns. They got to my vehicle quickly, found the problem and explained what needed to be done and provided a cost estimate. Was in and out in a timely manner.
