    My experience with Justin has been nothing but shocking, He and I got into a debate over policy I called customer service just to see if in fact his accusations where facts about paying two deposits. Basically paying a new deposit before I have received my last deposit. Moving forward I was correct however I went ahead and paid another deposit to go about my day. Every visit since that day I treated the man with the up most respect. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to take a rental to a repair shop which takes up to 5 hours to get approved for by the higher ups. He attitude is really take it or leave you have no options. I have traveled to over 5 enterprises to get help from other people because he wouldn’t do it . Keep in mind some things others stores couldn’t do with out his store’s approval so imagine the stress and disappointment….. My family rents daily for years and this is not acceptable. I never asked him to treat me special or cut any corners his business ethics sucks his customer service is cool as long as you don’t question his integrity. Once you do that you may ask for a fulls size and he will only show you the compacts

    Poor communication throughout the corporate structure with physical locations and this location in particular was operated very unprofessionally. Inventory is known only by the location. I booked through corporate, traveled 30 miles to the location to find that even though I accepted the rate for any car that was available, the Volkswagon GTI was even a different class that didn't apply to the rate that I was given. The manager at this location in Roxboro was unwilling to adjust the rate in any way for my inconvenience or their inefficient communication. He was very nonchalant and disinterested in finding a resolution aside from the exact rate for that particular vehicle. I don't understand the added costs of having everything automated if the only thing automated is taking money from my card. The help or car jockey was sitting in the office watching videos with explicit language on speaker. Perhaps he thought that I could stand it, but would better judgment have prevailed if I had children with me?? What was the purpose of the manager sitting next to him?

    I rent cars very often from enterprise normally 3-4 times per year maybe more. Specifically for going out of town for family vacations. I’ve always had a good experience and and great customer service from Darius. I recently rented a car earlier this week to take my family to the Georgia Aquarium for spring break. After driving over 6 hours and the night we arrived the check engine light came on. I texted the enterprise number and Darius responded immediately the next business morning and I gave him a call he answered and got me set up with roadside to exchange the rental. Although the Enterprise location that roadside referred me to had nothing available nor tried to accommodate at 1572 Howell Mill Rd NW, Atlanta GA that location then sent me to the airport location that also had nothing to offer me besides a Mitsubishi Mirage after telling him and him seeing I had a family of 6 and we also had luggage. I left two locations angry,sad and frustrated to not have any help and no guidance on what to do. I was on the phone with the 1-800-enterprise number for roadside telling them about my experiences and Darius called and I merged the call. The representative told me that they were escalating the issue with Howell mill rd location and they would find me a car and get back to me right away. Meanwhile three days later I still haven’t heard back from that location. But Darius understood my frustration and my family safety about getting home safely from GA back to NC he guided me and instructed me to go to a Pepboys or Firestone for them to diagnose the car and repair under enterprise account. He told me if I didn’t feel comfortable driving back that he would find another location that had a SUV to accommodate us. After all of the horrible experiences I had Darius was the only one that offered and gave the right piece of advice to actually HELP me although he was 6 hours away. He also took into consideration the time my family lost which was roughly over 3 hours after traveling back and forth in Atlanta traffic and time and gas and us missing attractions and events. Darius has always gone above and beyond and I hope he’s recognized for it !! -Destiny Richardson
