  I had to replace my windshield and within 2 months I had to get a repair. Both jobs were done by Safelite and I am very satisfied with the work they did! I highly recommend the staff and their work! Their repair is higher than at a glass shop, but the work is high quality

  I was happy about the quick set up of the appointment and the people at the front desk who were nice and helped with the questioning I had. I picked up my car and on the inside there are some oily hand prints and marks there were not that before and debris from the installation. I am disappointed because I just paid for this and now I have to get my car detailed.

  Windshield was replaced. Two months later the windshield was leaking. I notified Safelite who scheduled a repair (under warranty). The day of the scheduled repair, and 4 hours into scheduled appointed timeframe, I received a call to state no one was available to proceed with the repair. The repair was rescheduled for the next day. Two hours into the timeframe provided, I received a voice message stating the parts were not in to perform the repair. ( The same repair that was scheduled for the previous day where no one was available to install the repair.) So...where did the parts go? Now I've been told that the repair can't be completed for four additional days. I do not recommend Safelite. The consensus is that if you are paying for repairs they are able to get to you quickly; however, if they are addressing a previous repair that is under a warranty, you will not be prioritized. Buyer beware!

  When I made my appointment online. They schedule for the next day, so I was wonderful. They come and replace my windshield and myback Glass of the van. The Next Day When I drive it. I fine. It was not Install properly I called the company back. They tell me how to be two weeks before they can check it out. So when I need new service they can can quit. But when I need to come fit something, they don’t do Right. I have to wait two weeks. They telling me somebody called me and the next day to see if they can come quick we are on the 9 day Nobody call me yet
