- TBTremain Battle6 days ago1.0Basically, the only reason I go to Mr. Tires on Thomas Street is because they are closers and they rotate my tires for free with the oil change. They changed the oil but said that they couldn't rotate my tires because the lugs were supposed to be swollen. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. So I pay them and go to the other Mr Tires on 301. They did the rotation with no problems for free. Never will I go to the one on Thomas Street ever again!

- SHShanekqua HillJun 16, 20261.0Got a new set of tires not even a month later they starting going flat 3 out of 4 went to the shop they had 30 mins before closing plugged 2 and had to purchase again another tire new !! And they didn't want to give me a new tire at that because they were about to close. First they kept saying they saw no issues then when they put my tire back on and released the car to me you could hear the air leaking while standing outside of the car. It's always one person working . I used to love me tire but they won't be getting any service from me anymore
