Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I've had tires and battery done with 2 separate visits. Both times, they were friendly and quick. Also, very honest. Thank you, Harold!

I am satisfied with my service. It was quick and inexpensive. However, I think you all could benefit regarding your paperwork. It says warning:lug nuts/bolts must be checked and retorted after the first 25 miles of use. I returned after the first 25 miles of use and was told that was only for vehicles that did not have the factory tires that had rims. I am very literal so what is in black-and-white should be exactly what it says and if that is the case, then put that in writing. Overall I am satisfied.

Let me just start by saying I’ve used this Mavis for years without any issue and always had great experiences with multiple vehicles, until today. I called a few days ago and got a quote on tires and was told that my quote was saved in the system and all I would have to do is give my name in the store and they would be able to pull it up. Showed up to get the tire installed for the previously quoted amount only to be told that’s “not how they do quotes”, they couldn’t bring up any history on the call or the quote and if I called that number that’s listed for their location in Rocky Mount, that I’m actually speaking to a rep in a different state that “doesn’t know anything”. After me hearing all this they could sense I was getting a little perturbed, so they instructed me to pull up their website on my phone and they would honor the lowest listed price for my tire on their website. So, I did exactly as instructed only for a different gentlemen to walk up behind the desk and tell me that actually they could NOT in fact honor the listed pricing on the website. I left after that because I genuinely felt like they were trying to upsell me without any attempt at understanding the previous process I had gone through already before coming to the store. I proceeded to call the corporate number after I left and asked them point blank if it’s common practice for their business to list discount prices online and also give quotes but have no intentions of honoring them. They of course informed me that isn’t how they operate and after a few minutes with a phone representative who was more than accommodating, they not only honored the cheapest price online, but they even knocked off some more because they said they found a better deal and set up my appointment with locked in pricing. So to end, be careful just showing up to this location for tires and make sure you speak to a certified phone rep to make your reservation and get the best deals BEFORE you go to this location. It saves you the headache, some wait time and some money in the long run.

Called for a state inspection. Informed that their inspection station has been down for 2 months. Probably could have just said no. State requires inspection stations to open to match business hours.
