  Dustin and the team went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I brought my vehicle in to get work done and they took care of with great timing, professionalism and above all else courtesy. I recommend this location to anyone that needs tire and brake services on their vehicle. Top notch!!!

  The tire blew out on my Nissan Rogue on 95 S. My car was towed and when we got there, Devin was quick to get my car serviced. He was polite and very professional. The price was great and we were back on the road in about 45 minutes or less.

  I am very impressed by the customer service reps., Dustin & Harrel, at the Rocky Mount, NC location. Together, they were able to work out a deal on a better tire (Aroyo Grand Sport All Season) from my original pick, without breaking the bank. I took 64 on the way home & it was like driving a brand new car - smooth, quiet ride! I would highly recommend talking to either of these men at Mavis!

  I went to Mavis tires due to a low air pressure light, the manager there along with another gentleman, were very helpful. Not only did they identify the issue they had their team inspect everything under my car because of high milage...for free. They identified the problem after checking all of my tires and found out it was a bad sensor. They did not have the sensor in stock, foreign made vehicle, but he offered to order it for me. I had an upcoming appointment for service at the dealership so i politely declined. After all of that...still no charge. You cant beat that kind of service these days. I would highly recommend Mavis to anyone.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Mavis Tires for years, and I felt it was important to share my experience. After losing my dad—who I used to rely on for help with my car—the team at the Rocky Mount store has truly meant more to me than they probably realize. The way they go above and beyond, answering my questions without judgment, has made a real difference. With the amount of long-distance commuting I do, dealing with tire blowouts or dry rot is never easy—but every Mavis location I’ve visited has made the process smooth. I’ve never had issues with the tire insurance I pay for, and they consistently get me back on the road quickly and stress-free. I especially want to highlight one of your team members, Dustin, who works at the front desk. His customer service is truly exceptional. He took the time to walk me through the best options for replacing all four of my tires, found an old voucher on my account that I had completely forgotten about, and applied it without hesitation. That level of attention and honesty really stood out to me. Beyond that, his knowledge of cars and his ability to manage a long line of customers—while still keeping everyone smiling—was impressive. It’s rare to come across someone who balances efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care the way he does. I can absolutely see Dustin growing into a strong store manager one day.
