- SSSlydowski SrtMay 4, 20261.0This company is terrible to work with the devices do no work properly in cold weather like anything -0 so when you gave to take it out of the car just to bring it in house to warm up so you can leave for work. It then goes into lockout so they bill u 75 per time even tho it is there product having the issue with he cold cuz it goes into lockout right after that then the place to get it recalibrated charges you 40$. Aside from that good luck dealing with these idiots trying to get it removed. I emailed docs to them back top back days because they stated they did not get it. Only because my bill cycle was 2 days away and they want to squeeze every last dime out of you. They claim to help in the beginning just to gain the sale and what choice do you really have. These people DO NOT care about your well being nor the hardship you have to or had to endure to deal with the situation. They will do anything to keep it in your vehicle as long as possible. IF there is any other company that can help you I would highly advise you to check them out first before this place. I had it for 6 months and im sure I’ve spent over 1500 in that time playing by all the rules and still. Charge after charge after charge with no help no care for the situations they put you in while trying to use their product to get your life back together. Be prepared to get rolled over by this company… Terrible company and customer service everything you can imagine
