- TLTrinidad LunaJul 2, 20261.0Worse place ever they were making a big deal on my sister that she didn't have the supposedly requirements they were asking her she had everything they were requesting which were NCDL and some understand honestly in Georgia & Wilson they have the BEST customer service ever they didn't have any issues or anything this location specifically gives everyone a pain will not recommend sny of friends and family to this location. It was in . P.S. After all the supposed arguments they finally gave her the car we got there at 4:45 and ending leaving at 5:30ish which is ridiculous.

I reserved a F150 pickup for the weekend and went to pay on line it would not let me pay so I go to the store and then the guy tells me I rented a premium truck so I would have to pay with credit card and not debit so I look at other vehicles that I could rent with debit and found a F150 pickup that did not say premium the price of the truck was higher than the premium so I just cancelled all together will never rent another car from Enterprise.

Travel 15hr to a place that was scheduled months ago , chkd with enterprise on what to bring and what I dont carry and we were told we was allset , minutes before pick up we were told that we cabt rent cause we dnt have cc which thats the first thing we mention when we scheduled. We were stranded in rocky mount nc , 1.5 hours from our destination for days. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO A PLACE THAT LIES TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER THATS FAR FROM HOME N UNABLE TO ATTEND TO OUR SCHEDULE VACATION DUE TO NO TRANSPORTATION
