- CSChristopher StevensonJul 28, 20261.0Customer service was not the best to many restrictions just to rent a car had my paystubs plus my credit card they wouldn't except my credit card for whatever reason he didn't explain wouldn't except phone bill which was in my daughter and my name. I called ahead to see what I needed to rent a car was told different. So I won't be going back to this enterprise. I went to another enterprise and was able to rent a car. I also will be telling all my fellow transit operators not to go to this enterprise go to the one in closer to wakeforrest. They are better and a lot more nicer. Customer service is their motto.
