  The Rockingham Enterprise location is always on point and handle things professionally and with urgency, and care. I appreciate everyone there and all their hard work. I also understand this is a drop off location and you have to book in advance to get a rental and you can't just walk in and get one. If you do happen to get lucky and walk in and get one without a reservation at this location then that's pure luck and the fact that they are so great in working it out for you.... because they don't keep cars at this location unless they are reserved. I am a continuous renter from enterprise and I always use this location because it local to me ..I've personally never had any issues and I wanted to give what advice I knew in this post in case it can help someone out there!! Have a good one folks!!!

  Set up a reservation to pick up a car and they just blew me off.. I even asked the lady on the phone yesterday to verify they had vehicles available or I would have took my business elsewhere from the start. They claimed they called me yesterday to let me know there were going to be no cars available but they DID NOT… I’m a truck driver and and already barely home and to screw my holiday weekend like that really sucks.. Don’t have to worry about me renting here anymore.

  upon picking up the car on May 30th for my trip on May 31st the inside was far from clean the windows were nasty and the car had a smell to it. when I went to leave on May 31st I then saw the tags had expired the day I picked it up. As I suspected in Atlanta I got pulled over and got a warning. The car also made a odd sound from passengers side right wheel area when stopping sometimes. I just expected more from enterprise. I will say the local office credited me for one day and that was nice of them but honestly I feel like I should have been entitled to a free 2-3 day rental car of my pick, I hope to never have this level of service again

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise in Rockingham. I reserved a rental vehicle more than three weeks in advance for an important family trip to attend my son’s graduation. The day before my pickup, I received a call confirming that my vehicle was there and ready. They took all of my information and assured me everything was set. The next morning, I received another call saying the vehicle was no longer available. After planning and paying for this trip over a month in advance, I was suddenly left without transportation at the last minute. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were two vehicles on the lot that matched what I requested, yet I was told they could not provide either one to me. Instead of making things right after their mistake, I was left scrambling to find another vehicle and dealing with the stress and financial impact of their poor communication and lack of preparation. A reservation should mean something, especially when it has been booked weeks in advance and confirmed the day before pickup. This experience was unprofessional, inconvenient, and disappointing. I expected much better customer service and accountability from Enterprise. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
