  Poor customer service experience. I reserved weeks in advance, checked in time but received a call from an employee stating the car would not be available. The employee did not say what day the car would be available (I had to ask), didn’t explain why it wasn’t available (I had to ask), and didn’t give me options for how to get the car today (I had to ask if I could just go to another location). There was no offer from the employee to call another location to see if they had cars available. It was just a frustrating and unexpected delay and a completely unhelpful employee. I’m sure the cars are fine but lower your expectations for customer service at this location.

  So when I first got the car it had scratches on the front the back and also had a small dent in it which probably came from you know previous used or not. When I got in the car it smelled like cigarette smoke from top to bottom unbreathable I had to go and purchase some air fresheners to try to eliminate that smell and still it didn't really help because it was just overbearing. The USB plug-in does not work or did not work in that car cuz I was trying to charge my phone and it wouldn't work also the radio goes in and out it never like to stay on it will come in and out so I don't know if there is something electrical going on or what not I also think that the power steering might need to be looked at from just driving it in general I know I had an economy car which is okay I'm not upset about that at all just make sure you take care of all your cars the same way you would take care of a luxury car I think that car should have been aired out before rent it out cuz I did not want my clothes to smell like smoke it should have went up under an inspection as well I'm in general other than that that's my complaints to the vehicle that I was renting. This is from the car rental in Rockingham North Carolina Enterprise.

  I rented a minivan from this Enterprise location over the Fourth of July weekend. I was given a brand-new minivan, but while I was in Florida, the air conditioning stopped working. I contacted the branch, and the manager gave me great advice on how to get a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. Although the replacement vehicle was smaller than the minivan I had rented, the manager took the time to speak with me after I returned. He listened to my concerns, was understanding and professional, and resolved the situation beyond what I had expected. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the way he handled the inconvenience. Because of this experience, I will continue renting from this location and will gladly recommend it to others. Thank you for making things right!
