It was dragging on the road after something lodged and then released from under the car. We really appreciate their willingness to assist. It made our remaining 3 hour drive more tolerable in addition to getting reassurance of what actually occurred under the car.

You don’t have to get out of your car at all. They check to make sure everything is working properly. Checked and changed my cabin air filter which needed it badly.
