  This will be the second time I have used them and either the pricing was off or they didn’t fix the issues I asked about. Thai particular visit I asked for them to give the car a look to make sure it was road worthy for an upcoming cross country drive. I also said that I had been hearing some knocking on the front right side when I would turn the wheel. Nearly $4000 later and I still have the knocking. There really doesn’t seem to be any reliable auto shops in Roanoke Rapids.

  They did an excellent job especially Daniel (Dee) he was very professional and he made us laugh. Quick , fast and convenient and CHEAPER than most of these other oil places . Definitely got a lifetime customer!

  We had a flat and no store was able to help us. We pulled up to express tire at 6:00 pm and they were technically closed but continued to help us. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we could get back in the road safely. They exceeded all my expectations!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!!

  I want to share my experience with my 2019 Ram 1500 . I came in because of a chirping noise and while it didn't make a sound when I arrived lol ! Richard went over my truck from top to bottom and had said it's is my AC Compressor and I just didn't want to believe it could be the problem but Richard was absolutely correct and between Richard and Demanj and Brian they fixed my truck to running like brand new , I had my radiator flushed , rear main changed , plugs and coils done and a belt tensioner replaced and a front end alignment done and I'm so happy that I met all the great guys working at Express and they were all so polite and helpful in explaining everything to me !!! And let me also say Daniel was there for every thing that was done and kept a close eye on the safety for everyone in the garage !! Daniel kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my truck to be finished. And I can't forget about Rick ! He also was checking on me if I needed anything while I waited and updated me when my part would arrive. These are the most energetic and knowledgeable guys I have met and so polite and I will definitely be coming back in the future, absolutely stars ⭐ Thanks guys !!!! Ya'll are the best !!!! Denise M
