  If you expect to make a reservation and actually have a car available when you fly in, this is NOT the company to use. After traveling for 8 hours trying to get to my mother who was in critical care and being told she was probably dying soon, I was scolded by the agent at the desk for not booking 24hrs in advance. (Sorry my mom didn't give advance notice of her medical emergency.) Literally one of the absolute worst customer service experiences of my life. Do NOT use Enterprise at this location under any circumstances unless you feel like being stranded at OAJ. I had to pay $200 for a taxi to get to the hospital. Also, do NOT believe the responses by Enterprise that they "try" to book appropriately. They were overbooked by 80 cars the day I flew in. Uh....serious mismanagement and negligence.

  Older white lady with white hair has The Worst attitude and sour demeanor. They took the booking but no one was around to give us the car when we landed. We had to come back today and that when we worked with the attendant who was very unkind.

  Do NOT BOOK THROUGH HERE! THEY ACCEPTED THE BOOKING AND PUT ME ON A 48 HOUR WAIT LIST!!! MRS TARA YOUNG the Branch Rental Manager, informed me I was on a list and to come back in 6 hours and upon my return the 2nd lady on shift who was far more honest showed me I was on a 48 hour list. Not 6 hours and she doesnt know why she told me that. Do not book through the Airport. They dont have the stock to support their business.
