  Older white lady with white hair has The Worst attitude and sour demeanor. They took the booking but no one was around to give us the car when we landed. We had to come back today and that when we worked with the attendant who was very unkind.

  Do NOT BOOK THROUGH HERE! THEY ACCEPTED THE BOOKING AND PUT ME ON A 48 HOUR WAIT LIST!!! MRS TARA YOUNG the Branch Rental Manager, informed me I was on a list and to come back in 6 hours and upon my return the 2nd lady on shift who was far more honest showed me I was on a 48 hour list. Not 6 hours and she doesnt know why she told me that. Do not book through the Airport. They dont have the stock to support their business.

  If enterprise wants to know a recipe for success, look no further then the OAJ location and impact that this lady (Mrs Tara) makes with her customer service emboldened by her upbeat attitude and ability to get things done no matter what all while looking professional and presentable in the process! For taking care of our group transport needs yet again- Thank you!!

  The counter staff were so professional and helpful and friendly. They helped me choose the right vehicle for my needs. The car was brand new and drove like a dream, we had plenty of room for luggage and a pet crate. I would definitely encourage anyone renting a vehicle to choose Enterprise.
