Do NOT BOOK THROUGH HERE! THEY ACCEPTED THE BOOKING AND PUT ME ON A 48 HOUR WAIT LIST!!! MRS TARA YOUNG the Branch Rental Manager, informed me I was on a list and to come back in 6 hours and upon my return the 2nd lady on shift who was far more honest showed me I was on a 48 hour list. Not 6 hours and she doesnt know why she told me that. Do not book through the Airport. They dont have the stock to support their business.

The counter staff were so professional and helpful and friendly. They helped me choose the right vehicle for my needs. The car was brand new and drove like a dream, we had plenty of room for luggage and a pet crate.
I would definitely encourage anyone renting a vehicle to choose Enterprise.

The workers at this place are very rude. I am already in a rental through an insurance claim, and the original rental location didn't have a full size car, so I got a midsize until I can switch out. Enterprise said to take it here to do a switch out, but the lady here said "she has over 70 cars on the lot but they have to be there for people coming in on flights" and she wasn't going to do a switch out. Said " she doesn't do switch outs there". I don't know if they work on commission or what it is, but it's been 3 days trying to get my car switched out. Had a new reservation today for a different location at 9:00 and now they just called me and said they don't have any cars. Seems like once they get you in a car and it's paid for, they don't care about anything after that. If it's not a " new rental" they are not wasting their time on you.
As for the auto reply telling me to go to t a certain site and send them the info. How can you do that if they are closed on the weekend? Why not just take care of the concern right here where everyone can actually see if you do anything to help
