Very good experience rental was easy. Return was excellent. The counter lady was very understanding and very knowledgeable would rent again.
Avoid if you’re military. Booked through USAA portal. Drove an hour to get here. No cars available. Someone clearly dropped the ball. It’s honestly not a surprise with how low the bar is set for these people.

Exceptional Customer Service and they made everything so simple, The car was new, clean, great on gas and exactly what I needed, thank you, and will definitely rent again from Alamo. I recommend to anyone looking for a car rental and smooth transaction from start to finish!
Returning a vehicle at the OAJ airport was the most unprofessional experience I ever had in the last 15 years I been here. The clerk asked if I wanted a printed receipt? I said yes. She said she needed the mileage, I said I did't know it. She said if you want a receipt you need to go get the mileage. I said why do I have to go get the mileage, isn't that your job? I told her I was disabled, in pain and it was raining outside. She responded no it's not my job and I'm not going out in the rain either, you want the receipt you go get the mileage. I told her I've rented many vehicles and nobody has ever told me I needed to know the mileage, go get the mileage, to get a receipt. Then she said or you can wait an hour or two, once her guys get back they can get it but it's not her job to get the mileage. I was so upset and could not believe I was being treated this way. I went ahead and retrieved the mileage to move on from this situation. I asked for her information, her name, she told me no she wasn't giving me her name. I said you're not going to give me your name? I have a right to know, she said I'm not giving you anything. She said I threw the keys at her but I didn't the cameras will show that. I had no idea she was the manager. I ended up getting her name from somebody else, it's Kye, or Kiy or Kie. This individual does not need to work with the public treating people with no respect or sympathy. She began getting very aggressive towards the end when I asked for her information to where it gave me pause to just walk away and let my voice be heard, the cameras will show that too. Something needs to be done about this individual immediately.

Customer service at the desk was wonderful!
My only issue was the car had the smell of an old person UTI. The air freshener was trying to cover up a serious act of incontinence that must have happened. I’m a nurse, I know this smell. After an hour you didn’t smell it anymore because it consumed you. However when you got out and back in, it hit you like a wall.
Other than the smell, A+!
