  The reservations should not be made if they dont have any cars available. Made a reservation last Tuesday and was called the next day and told they did not have any cars. I made another reservation with the same outcome. I called the reidsville location every day after that and they did promise to call if they had a return. They close at 12 noon on Saturdays which is the day I had scheduled a pick up. Walter did call me right at 11am and said they had a car for me. Everything went well with the rental and return. Walter is very good! Just be aware that even though you have a reservation that doesnt mean you will get a car at pick up. Always call the local company where you make the reservation to be sure they have cars.

  We rented a van for our yearly beach trip. It was clean and ready when we arrived at Enterprise in Reidsville. Kaleb assisted us right away and got us on the road for our trip. He also greeted us upon return and was very professional and polite during both processes. Couldn’t ask for an easier process.
