  They put me in a car with Expired registration stickers on the license plate. And seem like they do not care to fix the issue. had to drive From eden To their office, to prove it to them. And when I got there, they offered no way to fix this situation Because they were out of cars to rent. So until they get another car, I have to drive this car that looks like it has expired tags. Anyone Who lives in Rockingham County, especially Eden, knows that the police will pool you for any reason they can find and Now I have to constantly worry about that every time I see a cop car until they can get me a new rental.

  Reserved a rental 30 days in advance, 4 days before pickup, went to Enterprise Reidsville Nc, talked to manager about a specific vehicle that the reservation had listed. He stated they had plenty of that specific vehicle, which is primarily listed in the description of reservation. Day of the rental, there was no specific vehicle listed in reservation. Due to military training, I was sure the Enterprise Reidsville, (Gabrielle,Hispanic looking person)( I am not sure, but the manager) was NOT being trusted worthy…. I may not be the brightest rock in the pond, but my rental agreement listed the make, model, time, date of pickup and the time, date of return of rental. Which is inventory control. Therefore, how does the “manager” of Enterprise of Reidsville, Nc, DOES NOT KNOW, which vehicles has been rented and when DUE to be returned. But the day of the rental was EXTREMELY SMOOTH, thanks to WALTER,( African-American veteran), he politely and professionally explained every aspect and detail. Walter also suggested the benefits of the extra cost insurance, due to the length of the trip. (Thank you VERY Much Walter). The rental return was also smooth, efficient, and uneventful, thanks to another young African-American male.( my apologies for not naming).(But THANKS) If I ever consider renting at Enterprise, Reidsville, Nc, it will be due to WALTER, United States Veteran, at Enterprise, Reidsville, Nc. **Disabled veterans sometimes request certain advertised items due to service connected injuries.**

  Honestly they don't deserve one star, but no stars wasn't an option. The lies and deceit are things I will never forget. Caleb was someone I hope to never run into again. I know kids these days are clueless when it comes to customer service, and he certainly fit right in with that stereotype. It's just disappointing that this is the kind of people that must be dealt with in these situations. Goodbye Enterprise...may I never see or hear of you ever again...even that would be too soon.
