  They make you download an app for the cheapest price. I also tried to go at 10am Thursday and it was closed.

  Horrible. The man advertised a NON-reoccurring membership for 1 month as $12.50. I was billed $12.50 but the following month Zips Car Wash billed me $25. When I called to explain that I did not agree nor sign up for a reoccurring car wash membership they said they can cancel my membership and that they only handle refunds via an email team and later sent me an email saying “After reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund at this time due to our cancellation policy. Our policy requires that all cancellations be submitted at least seven days before the billing date to qualify for a refund.” The whole situation is suspicious and I would highly recommend using a more reputable honest car wash. This place is a scam.

  I paid for a special of 90 days back in April. I asked the guy FOUR TIMES if this was a recurring membership, because I DID NOT WANT THAT. He told me it WAS NOT a recurring membership, even when I pointed out on his form that it said it was. I only wanted to pay for the special with no membership! He promised me it was NOT a membership and said "I wouldn't do you like that and lie and tell you it's not recurring if it was". WELL HERE I AM, with charges on my bank account, NO WAY TO CANCEL ON THE WEBSITE WHICH IS ILLEGAL, and no one answering their phone, the location telling me I have to call to cancel a membership I WAS TOLD WOULD NOT HAPPEN. This is the most disgusting business practice I have ever seen, you people have some nerve lying to customers and then providing zero options to cancel something they were promised wouldn't happen in the first place. You are despicable!!! YOU OWE ME $52.50 FOR A MEMBERSHIP I DID NOT ASK FOR. I'M FILING COMPLAINTS WITH EVERY AGENCY POSSIBLE.

  STAY AWAY, scummy sales practices - got talked into the top tier car wash with the promise of a BOGO style deal; I was told if I buy the top tier, I can come back anytime for another wash at no cost. 2 weeks later, I started to make my way there again and noticed the “4 DAY REWASH” noted on the receipt, with no eligibility after those 4 days. Called customer service to explain and see if they would still honor it, and was told they would not, with no other recourse. I prefer to spend my money at an honest business; not one that holds themselves to the integrity standards of a door to door salesman. There are a lot of car washes in the area that aren’t this one, go to them instead.

  Was told the cheapest wash was $18. I asked multiple times and was told that yes, that really was the cheapest. So, I bought it. Turns out… the cheapest wash is $12. I looked it up online afterwards. Unfortunately, even this second tier wash (that I didn’t realize I was purchasing) failed to remove the bird poop fully from my car. Misinforming customers and not providing a good product? Won’t be returning. Only reason it didn’t get 1 star is because of the availability of the self clean options after the wash with the free towels and cleaning agent, which is something you can’t get at your local gas station.
