  The absolute worst car wash ever! Went by 2x yesterday ( during the day) and was closed. Went back today for the top wash ($30) and the vacuums were broken. Car was soaking wet with soap (guess their dryers don’t dry). Staff was completely checked out. On phones. Didn’t care at all. Do not go here! Choose Rocket Wash instead. Much better service, vacuums and cleaning supplies.

  Fast but not thorough. $30 for a car wash that didn’t even last a minute and left me scrubbing bugs off of my car at the vacuum station. The suction on the vacuum was hardly strong enough to do anything. The employees were nice and helpful though :)

  The ASM named Jr helped me so much! I came through the wash and my member sticker wouldn’t scan this happened like three times and he was SOOOOO patient with me and helped me get in contact with corporate who was able to get my tag to scan again. This man is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond to help everyone who comes through his Zip location. I could go to any location but I choose to come to the one he’s at because I know he will take care of me. As a business owner, mortgage banker, who sometimes drives for Lyft I know what professionalism is and this guy is the Real Deal! Thank you JR! God bless you

  Employees are very unprofessional. Does not keep up on things needed to clean your car rollers inside. Wash constantly stays broken and not fixed. Vacuum hoses stays clogged and removed not to mention that they are always late upon opening. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place. My rating is a zero.

  I have a monthly subscription to this location simply because it's the closest one to my house. If there was another car wash nearby, I'd cancel and go there. I've lost county of the number of times I show up and it's closed because of "mechanical issues." My subscription is good at all Zips Car Washes, so I visit them regularly while traveling for work throughout NC and SC. This location is - by far - the least reliable. I stopped by this afternoon and was happy to see they were open....until I tried to use one of the bays to clean and vacuum the inside of my car. One bay was empty because the vacuum had no suction. Another bay had no hose. You could hear the vacuum sucking air through the nozzle 10 feet above the ground. There are only 6 bays, so only 4 were actually working, which meant there was a line of cars waiting. I can't wait for a competitor to open a location near by house, so I can finally cancel my membership here.
