  Several times that I've been here, a few of the vacuums weren't working, but this time, almost none of them were. They had half of the vacuum spots blocked off, so I had to wait almost fifteen minutes for a spot. My car was almost air dried by the time I got there, then after I wiped my car down I realized that the vacuum cleaners on both sides of me weren't on at all. I saw a couple of them working in other spots, but the guys on both sides of me said theirs weren't on either. If I pay that much for a car wash, I expect to be able to clean the inside of my car too. If most of the vacuums aren't working, you should have your guys tell customers BEFORE they pay so they can make the choice. I'll be going to the one a couple of miles down the street until you figure this out.

  I have been going to this car wash for a while because it is close and convenient, but this will be my last time. Yelling at customers and being rude is never acceptable.

  I was here at the Zips yesterday, 8/10/2026. First, I drove around to the lanes where you pay. There were two. I picked the right lane. I picked the wash I wanted. As I was about to insert my credit card, this guy walks up and asks if I'm a member. I said "no" and he said I should have used the other lane and to do that next time. I don't know how I'm supposed to know this, but OK. So I insert my credit card and pay and he said I shouldn't do that. Me: "What? Why not?" Him: "We're supposed to do that." Me: "Why? It's not like I haven't been using a credit card for 40 years." And he walked away. And the wash didn't get the bird poop off. I won't be back, at least until I forget about this experience.

  5 stars! I had such a great experience thanks to Francis, Ace, and Tyler! At most self-service car washes, you only interact with staff if something goes wrong, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. They were friendly, proactive, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though you vacuum your own car before going through the wash, they were available, helpful, and genuinely provided excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to see a team that takes so much pride in helping customers. I’ll definitely be back!
