  Just wanted a simple car wash and vacuum. Pull up to do my selection and was told to stop cause the machine was "too old" to read cards by someone who doesn't appear to be staff cause he wasn't in a Zips shirt. I'm not giving an unidentified person my card. But whatever, I'll just go to the next terminal. Then some staff member with locs yells that I can't use the other terminal cause it's for memebers only. You don't even know if I'm a member or not, why are you yelling? So I yelled back that they were doing too much and that I'm leaving. To which the same employee yelled back "Okay bye!" Yeah.... I won't be coming back to this location 🙄

  Took their best package available, and definitely not what I hoped for. Car came out barely washed with dust still visible, I spent good 20 minute to properly clean by hand with the only good thing at this wash, the towels and that cleaning liquid. The vacuums didn’t had much suction, if anyone is looking to get any pet hair removal then this is definitely not the place. For the price I expected underbody wash too, and my car looked exactly the same around the wheels. Anyways glad I didn’t but the monthly package for my family, dodged that bullet.

  It is with the strongest suggestion that the owner/ management speaks to your employees and informs them that the strong smell of Marijuana coming from them will invite unwanted consequences for them and your business. I'm pretty sure you do not want to be shut down and thats what's going to happen if I witness this again and everyone onsite is arrested. Also I suggest that the guy in charge of the pre wash spray does his job and sprays every vehicle.

  Los muchachos son muy atentos..pero el lavado no me gusta..voy por que me queda a 5 minutos. Pero buscaré otra opción es. Empece pagando lo primiun y ya estoy en lo básico y no hay diferencia. Los Vacuum cleaners se rompen mucho y el mes pasado la maquina de lavar los carro se rompió 3 veces. No hay producto, ni de darle olor al carro con su promocion y las toallas tienen mal olor. Uno paga por un servicio que no me siento que lo tengo. *The guys are very attentive, but I’m not happy with the wash itself. I only go there because it’s just five minutes away, but I’ll be looking for another option. I started out paying for the premium package, but now I’m on the basic plan, and there’s absolutely no difference. The vacuum cleaners break down constantly, and last month, the car wash machine itself broke three times. They’re always out of products—even the air freshener included in their promotion—and the towels smell bad. I’m paying for a service that I don’t feel I’m actually receiving.*

  The wash experience here is absolute trash.. The guy signaling only pre-washes one side of the vehicle.. Bug guts and soap residue still on my vehicle after the wash.. Tire Shine everywhere after leaving.. Like they just squirted goop on it in copious amounts.. They are total scabs about which lane you should drive through stating the Vice President of the company doesn't care about efficiency and simply wants members only in the members lane even if it's completely empty and someone competent is waiting to pay for a wash while being trapped behind three incompetent customers who don't understand how to operate technology.. It's the blind leading the blind out there.. They won't allow you to get a membership unless you agree to put a sticker on your vehicle.. Are they going to pay me for marketing???? I doubt it..... It's like they're actively trying to lose business.. Makes sense why the company filed bankruptcy back in February of 2025... The ownership of this brand needs to sell... Zips has fallen far from grace.. A car wash should be a fun and friendly environment.. Everyone there was pissed off, lethargic or just plain unfriendly..
