I don't understand why the staff at this car wash have to be so rude and obnoxious—is that a job requirement here? I’m talking especially about the guy with long hair and the thin white guy who works here sometimes. I don't get why they treat customers at this location with such attitude and contempt; at other ZIP locations, the staff are usually very friendly. They really ought to send their employees to take some classes on how to treat customers and club members.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences at Zips Car Wash. The last few times I visited, the vacuums also were not working properly, which has already been frustrating. On top of that, I’ve had brown, oily/sludge-like residue splattered and caked onto the bumper behind my tire several times after using the wash. At first I thought it may have been from rain or road conditions, but today was sunny and dry, and it happened again immediately after the wash. I returned to the location and was told this is a known complaint, but that corporate has not done anything about it. I then had to take my car to a separate hand wash to try to get the residue removed, and even after that, more residue still appeared. This is concerning, especially because my vehicle is white and I do not want anything staining or damaging the paint. If this is a known issue with the products or equipment being used, customers should not be the ones stuck dealing with the mess or paying for additional cleaning. I would like this addressed by corporate and would expect reimbursement for the wash and the additional cleaning needed to safely remove the residue.

Several times that I've been here, a few of the vacuums weren't working, but this time, almost none of them were. They had half of the vacuum spots blocked off, so I had to wait almost fifteen minutes for a spot. My car was almost air dried by the time I got there, then after I wiped my car down I realized that the vacuum cleaners on both sides of me weren't on at all. I saw a couple of them working in other spots, but the guys on both sides of me said theirs weren't on either. If I pay that much for a car wash, I expect to be able to clean the inside of my car too. If most of the vacuums aren't working, you should have your guys tell customers BEFORE they pay so they can make the choice. I'll be going to the one a couple of miles down the street until you figure this out.
