Shout out to Kelvin for helping with the simple and smooth checkout process. Secondary shoutouts to Christian and Montee for working on the vehicle. If I didn't live so far out, I'd be back.

I noticed a weird noise when driving and noticed the splash guard was on the ground. My mechanic said they never bothered bolting it back on. This happens every time I take my car to a random oil change place. I will stick to the dealership for oil changes from now on.

Still I took car here, they told me same thing and I knew they were not needed. So took it to nearby Jiffy Lube, he checked them and agreed they were not needed. I do not know if this happens all the time but I would avoid this place until they stop this practice. They cannot be trusted.
