  I was highly satisfied with my experience! The whole process was quick and easy—I was in and out in no time. The team was friendly, professional, and created a really great atmosphere. I especially appreciated how well they communicated throughout the service, explaining what they were doing and showing me the oil, filters, and other items so I could understand their recommendations. I also really liked that they weren’t pushy or trying to upsell me. They simply showed me what they noticed and gave me helpful recommendations, which made me feel informed rather than pressured. Everyone was laughing, communicating, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working together, which made the experience even better. Great team, great service, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  I just recently got my oil changed here and had one of the best expereinces yet! I didn't get anyones names, but the team working on Bay 1 on 8/31/26 around 3:30pm was amazing! everyone was friendly and helpful, and the team even topped off my wiper fluid and tire pressure! 10/10 expereince because of the employees there!

  I have visited the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on East Six Forks Road several times over the past few years, and today, August 31, 2026, reminded me exactly why I continue coming back. Every single visit has been consistently exceptional. The people who greet you, check you in, guide you into the bay, and work on your vehicle are genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful people you could ever hope to encounter. They always have smiles on their faces, seem to be in a great mood, communicate clearly, and work together seamlessly. You never feel like just another vehicle they are trying to move through the bay. Today, Cassell, Shamel, and Keondre took excellent care of my SUV, but this review is also for every team member who has made each of my visits over the years such a positive experience. Even the manager makes a point of coming over during every visit to say hello and ask if there is anything else I need, which is simply the icing on the cake. Perhaps the greatest compliment I can give this location is that oil changes are already included with the purchase of my SUV, yet I still choose to drive from Zebulon to this particular Valvoline and pay for the service myself. I could go somewhere closer or have it done at no additional cost, but I would genuinely rather come here. That is how much confidence I have in this team and how highly I value the way they treat their customers. Hands down, this is the best place to have your oil changed anywhere in Wake County. This team is doing customer service exactly right, visit after visit, and I sincerely hope Valvoline’s corporate leadership recognizes them for it. They have absolutely earned it. Stephanie M.

  I just got an oil change. During the oil change, I noticed them checking my cabin air filter. On my way to Costco right next door, I heard a strange noise coming from the glove box. When I checked it, I found that the cabin air filter wasn't closed properly, it was flipped upside down, and the locking plastic tab was broken.

  I came to Vavoline on a Sunday at the last minute(Which I apologize for) I felt so bad coming at the last minute but as soon as I pulled in Kapo greeted me with the biggest smile. Even tho the store was 5 minutes from closing. She reeled me in and did my oil change! She was sooo nice! She communicated perfectly to where I could understand everything lol. She let me know about my filter but I was pressed for time so I told her I’d be back! Which I will!! Thank you Kapo and thank you Vavoline!! She’s the BEST!!
