- CWCourtney WallsSep 20, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Pulled up everyone was on their phone or standing around talking. Walked into the waiting room, no one came in after 5 minutes, walked back outside while they were still on their phones, told him I was there for an oil change. Guy had an attitude and told me I had to pull my car around. I left immediately no way I was going to let any of them touch my car
- MMMaggieSep 16, 20265.0Knowledgeable, ethical, professional - the service manager - I think his name was Fred - did an excellent job with my car. Did an oil change. In addition, he told me that something I thought might need fixing was just on the wrong setting. I highly recommend this location of Valvoline for oil changes, etc.!
- CGCindy GregorySep 14, 20265.0The service staff were quick and capable. The manager Brently, as I recall, was very helpful and made it easy for me to get in and get out. I checked the oil level the next day after driving more than 100 miles- the oil was new and right on the max level, where I would expect it to be.
