  I had an exceptional experience with Safelite! A huge thank you to Corey and his team for fixing all four of my car windows. They were fast, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They worked efficiently, made the process smooth and stress free, and did a great job. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to making sure everything was taken care of. Corey and his team went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Safelite, especially Corey and his team, to anyone needing window repairs or replacement!

  I thought initially the online process was pretty simple and straight forward. I was quoted a price for replacement after I submitted my make and model. We had used Safelite previously so did not question that the service would be anything other than top notch. The day of the service, the technician gave windshield replacement options, all at varying costs. I find that to be a deceptive practice. I went with the glass replacement that was originally quoted online, since the factory part was 175 more than the original quote. I asked if the quality was the same and was assured it was. Knowing the costs associated with the various options upfront is a much more customer friendly process. A week after the replacement, my windshield was completely cracked on the left side. The crack was caused by a hit by debris, likely a rock and not covered under warranty. I have had rocks hit my windshield before and never have they left the entire glass cracked (top to bottom). I am left wondering if my glass was defective. In the market for another windshield, and I won't be purchasing ever again through Safelite. All the way around, not a positive experience.

  The technicians at the Merridian Dr were awesome to work with! No complaints with the actual service at all! The issues were with the online booking, the AI phone agent, and the live phone agent. -When trying to book online, the website gave us a coupon code. It auto deleted when going through the process. I reached out to a live chat agent who told me they could add it on the back end after I booked, but magically it wasnt eligible once I did book. -The AI agent is the worst I have ever had ti work with. When asking for a live agent, it just hangs up on you. -I was told by the live agent on the phone (when I finally found one) that there was no drop box at the Merridian Drive location. As such, instead of dropping after work, we had to coordinate a sitter to leave first thing in the am to drop the car off. What do we see when we get there? A drop box. 😮‍💨🙄

  I had been putting off getting my windshield replaced because I anticipated it being annoying, but Safelite made it actually super easy and not annoying whatsoever. They arrived on the correct day and time and finished in less than 2 hours 👍🏼👍🏼 and the tech was really nice and professional, and the new windshield looks great and makes it feel like a new car almost

  Recently had to get my windshield replaced. Safelite made it easy to schedule appointment online. Plenty of space in waiting room to be able to get some work done while I waited. My technician, Isaiah, was excellent and explained the process thoroughly. I was able to watch the work being performed. Service was efficient. Great experience.
