Excellent service! Chris was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, and the work was done perfectly. The result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Once I arrived, I was told my replacement windshield was damaged and that they’d have to go to the warehouse to get a new one. I had asked how soon did they know the replacement windshields are damaged before the customer arrives and I was told “like 5 mins before you arrived”. I am not sure why replacement windshields aren’t checked and prepared ahead of appointment so that customers don’t have extended wait times on top of how long it takes to actually replace a damaged windshield. The space itself was not the cleanest. The bathroom appeared as if it had hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was only one for customers to use so you either dealt with it, while stepping around what appeared to be urine, or holding it for hours if you had opted to wait for your vehicle. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience and it could have been better.

I wanted to share my experience a couple days after getting my windshield replaced! The windshield was placed perfectly and accordingly to my needs and for my safety features to function properly, took 4 hours to do so but I didnt mind as long as it was done properly! My only reason as to why I didnt do 5 stars is because the condition they returned my vehicle was unprofessional! I left my car clean on the inside. Upon receiving it I noticed until the next the day there was mud on the passenger side. I would’ve expected if they left a mess to clean up afterwards but that was not the case. Later I saw a used Food Lion waterbottle in the back and I never have passengers unless its my mom. I knew it wasnt me or anyone else as we dont buy water from there. I find it very unprofessional to leave mud in my car and trash inside, especially in a vehicle that is not yours. I hope this doesnt happen to other customers and let it be known how disrespectful the technician(s) were to leave mud and trash behind inside my brand new vehicle which I have worked so hard to get.

The aftermarket glass and a few different brands did not fit in my driver‘s door window. The window will not open or close without locking up. After four trips to Safelite, they put in a factory Ford glass in my Ford actually 2020 Ford Ranger that works. It’s a joke because the F mark glass compared to the factory glass only has a $10 difference that cost me way more time and money and fuel and time going back-and-forth

This was the third try for Safelite to replace my windshield - I had a home appointment at first and they ordered the wrong glass. Then at my second home appt the tech realized he did not have the equipment to calibrate my windshield. Said I needed to have the job done at the store. Spent over 3 hrs at the store- while there there were several unsatisfied customers that I watched come through or heard on the phone. Calibration seems to be an issue. Also people with appointments waiting several hrs before their vehicle is even started. The lady at the desk was not friendly. The whole experience was just not great.
