  I cannot say enough about the pleasant and helpful experience I had with Penske Spring Forest Road. I had a personal move from Raleigh to Bowie, MD and while moving itself is stressful and rarely goes according to plan, the staff at Penske eased some of that for me. From answering the phones with care and professionalism to offering suggestions to help make the move seamless to being flexible as our move plans changed I am very happy to have been a first time costumer. The truck was clean and reliable, the pricing was reasonable and the service was outstanding. At a time where I am very decisive in where I choose to spend my money I am happy to support a business that actually values costumer satisfaction and service first. They’ve easily earned themselves a lifetime customer! Special thanks to Nigel and John for being so patient and accommodating when picking up my rental :)

  I can't say enough good things about Penske! This company has been a lifesaver for me. I've used Penske for three long-distance moves, and every experience has been excellent. Their trucks are reliable, well-maintained, and gave me plenty of confidence to reach my destination safely. Most recently, I rented a one-way truck from Georgia to North Carolina at a great price and used a car carrier to tow my Toyota Corolla. I had zero experience driving with a trailer, but the truck's safety features and easy-to-use towing equipment made the trip much less stressful. Everything worked perfectly, and I felt safe throughout the journey. Great prices, reliable equipment, and outstanding service. I highly recommend Penske to anyone planning a move!

  John was an excellent help. He helped me check out the car carrier on their lot and went above and beyond for me first thing in the morning. I will rent again with Penske.

  The truck was weak on power. The truck was governed at 70. Difficult to maneuver in traffic. Truck also has other driver assist BS that would beep often or activate the brakes. Did not feel safe at all. Customer service in Raleigh was great, pickup. Return was great. Probably will not rent again unless I can get an old truck.
