  I brought in my 2012 335i for quite a bit of work to be done to it (walnut blast, rod bearing, clutch, etc.), and I’ve got to say they did an absolutely fantastic job. Harrison gave me updates on everything that was going on with my car and was extremely friendly. NRP is definitely a business that I would recommend to anyone with a BMW.

  I drove three hours to have my BMW 840’s DME unlocked and a Stage 1 tune installed, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Jaden was my sales advisor, and he was outstanding from start to finish. I’m always a little cautious when dealing with performance shops, but these guys were some of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. Their pricing was upfront, there were no surprises, and they did exactly what they promised. I arrived for my appointment, checked the car in, and walked over to Starbucks for a coffee. By the time I finished my phone calls and coffee, my car was ready to go. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Before I left, Jaden took the time to walk me through the MHD tune, explaining how to reflash the car and adjust the settings myself if I wanted to. As soon as I got home, I was able to make a few changes, including adjusting the exhaust burble settings and a few other options. He made sure I understood everything before I left. I’m from the Hampton Roads area, and the performance shops I contacted around Virginia Beach were either rude, condescending, or simply couldn’t unlock my computer. Making the drive was one of the best decisions I could have made. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive back again for future upgrades. In fact, I’m already considering returning for a downpipe and Stage 2. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, professional shop that stands behind its work, I highly recommend them, even if you have to travel a few hours to get there.

  I had an excellent experience at NRP. Communication was awesome, pricing was fair and repair turnaround was fast. The issue was diagnosed and resolved faster than I could get an appointment at the dealership. I’ll definitely return for maintenance and repairs on my BMWs.

  I took my Z4 M40i to this business and I must say, by far the best thing I have ever did for my car. The owner is hands-down the most honest gentleman you'll meet who definitely knows what he is talking about. After the work was completed on my vehicle I had a quick demo with one of his experienced technicians who had to do a quick tour on the tune I had gotten for my car and took me for a drive to show me how it would work so I could maximize the power output. I am for sure coming back in the future for some more upgrades to my car.

  I have taken my track prepped M2 to NRP several times over the past year. They diagnosed and permanently fixed an issue that two other shops missed. They also fixed a couple electrical gremlins the car had. In addition, they are just great with all of the more routine stuff and are good people to work with. This is the best shop I have ever worked with and I can't recommend them highly enough.
