  I was very pleased with their exceptional customer service. They were able to make the repairs to my car fairly quickly and kept me informed every step along the way. They were extremely courteous and understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend this shop and will be back if I ever need any future repairs!

  I had a wonderful experience with NRP a couple of weeks ago. I just showed up and asked if they were able to do special BMW coding on my 2024 X3 to slow down the back hatch speed… which factory settings allowed it to almost hit my head each time it closed. This couldn’t be done at a dealership. NRP was recommended. To my surprise they were able to do it right then. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I will certainly be going back.   Took my 2013 BMW X5d to North Raleigh Performance and had a great experience. The team was honest, very thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about BMWs. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Highly recommend them if you need reliable service on a European vehicle.
