- TMTristen MJun 8, 20261.0I had a flat tire 5/15. They suggested I purchased two to balance the tires. I did. On 5/28 after 160 miles on the tire, a bubble appeared on the side of the tire. I had not driven the car in 5 days (I work from home). They did not offer me their hazard coverage that is only $14.99. Since I’m already spending $300 on tires, what’s an extra $14.99? I would have purchased if it were offered. They are now saying that the tire that was less than 2 weeks old has no manufacturer warranty and since I did not purchase their hazard coverage that I have to buy a new replacement tire for a tire I did not even technically need. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. Especially since I contacted the manufacturer and they said they do in fact have a manufacturer warranty on their tires and I can go to another of their tire dealers and get the tire replaced for a prorated rate. Avoid this place unless you would like to scammed.
