  Yes, I was there on September 29. I had an appointment at 10 o’clock. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Everything went very well until the end the lady that works there went back into the mechanic shop and asked the black gentleman which is also a mechanic a question he started screaming at her and getting in her face my husband and I witnessed all of this. I have to say that the lady that works the front desk she kept her coal, and she was very professional about it all, but I don’t think any man should jump in any woman’s face at any time. He was very unprofessional. He didn’t even come out to apologize to her or anything. He seemed that we were watching and he did not care we come to your establishment to get our cars done. My son comes my daughter-in-law comes and I’ve never witnessed anything like that there before I hope that you take your time to resolve this problem that he does not talk to people like that or treat other coworkers like that. Thank you for your time.

  I have gotten vehicle services at this Mr. Tire location in the past and have had no complaints. However, recently my opinion has changed. I made an appointment to take my vehicle to get inspected at this location on a Sunday. When I arrived at the store there were no employees there and was just a handwritten sign on the door saying that they were “not able to accommodate walk-ins due to staffing,” the sign did not say anything about the store being closed. However, the store was obviously closed as the lights were all off and the door was locked. I understand staffing being short makes it difficult to provide services and staff needs time off. However, I should not have been able to make an appointment and drive all the way in to find out that the store was closed. It was quite frustrating actually as this is the same thing that happened to my husband several weeks ago. We arrived at the store during “business hours,” on a Sunday as well, with an appointment to drop his vehicle off and all of the lights were off and the door was locked. No sign or anything on the door to indicate if they would be opening late, were closed for the day, etc. We brought the vehicle back later in the day to see if they were just opening late, but it was the same situation as earlier that day. We both are loyal Mr. Tire customers, but decided to get our vehicle services provided elsewhere because of this. Maybe this location is now closed on Sundays due to staffing, but this is stated nowhere on the website or at the actual store.

  This place used to be great when Renea was the manager, but since she left about 1 month ago they never have anyone to even do a simple oil change and can never get you in!! They tell you they don't have techs, everyone called out, they don't have this and that and it's all negative! Renea was very positive and helpful always! She made sure the customers were taken care of and their cars were serviced with good mechanics. Now this place is so bad I don't even want to give them 1 star!!! I do not recommend this business anymore!!

  Can’t understand the call center, made an appointment, got there store was closed. Made another appointment on a different day. Horrible service. Guy didn’t even rotate my tires and left so another gentlemen had to do the tire rotation. I’ve been going to this place for 25 years and will never go back. They have lost my trust and my business.

  I have recieved good service at this location, but had a scheduled appointment today 12:30 yesterday and showed up to a manager saying they had nobody that could install tires. I rescheduled the appointment for 10:00 am today and showed up to the story being closed. Will not be back
