  I had my car towed to Mavis after getting a flat tire and no spare in the trunk. I called the next morning and they had all my info queued up and helped me pick out a great set of tires by providing great advice. I ended I getting break pads as well. They got the tires in late afternoon and did all the work in a short time and had me back on the road. Lincoln was a great help and is very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend this location off of duraleigh.

  Excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! Lincoln and Jacoby went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and quickly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The team was honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done right the first time. It’s hard to find shops that genuinely care about their customers, but Lincoln, Jacoby and the crew definitely do. Highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes for anyone needing tires, alignment, or general vehicle service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Today I was having a really hard day. My tire went flat on me and Mavis was only 3 minutes away from my home, I barely made it there. On top of that, I had a very small budget because times are hard for everyone right now. I am so grateful and blessed that I found myself there. I didn’t get their names, but every gentleman working there that day treated me with kindness and respect, and worked with my small budget. They took care of my car and sent me on my way. I was crying and the manager brought me tissues and said he would take care of me. If you’re looking for somewhere to get your tires, I 100% recommend this location specifically. The gentleman who work there are very kind and respectful, and genuinely seemed to care. I will be telling everyone I know about this location.

  Mavis Tires & Brakes were there for me when I really needed it! When my tire got punctured this morning and started deflating, I called my usual spot and was not welcomed or assured they could help so I rushed to Mavis and they saved the day. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and positive amidst my stress. He kept me updated throughout the process and they took care of my issue asap to get me back to my busy day! Definitely switching my business to them. Thank you!

  I noticed a nail in my tire first thing Sunday morning and started to panic about finding a place that would even be open. I gave Mavis a call, and they were able to get me in within 20 minutes. From the moment I walked in, the shop was incredibly clean and welcoming. You could really tell the team enjoys working together and takes pride in what they do. Megz, who was managing the front desk while I was there, was especially great! So knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. A true gem! They patched my tire quickly and had me back on the road in no time. I genuinely thought I was going to have to cancel my morning plans, but they were so efficient from the initial phone call to the repair that I was able to go about my day like nothing even happened. This is truly exceptional service. While I hope I don’t run into another tire issue anytime soon, I honestly won’t mind coming back here again. Thank you all so much!
