  They sold me a bad tire and refused to replace it. Told me because I didn't get the warranty I had to buy a new tire. Well I expected a tire that was in new condition, not bad. I went to get my tires rotated. Was shown I had two bad tires on the front so I bought two new tires. Cheap but new. I asked about alignment and decided to add it because my car was pulling hard left. Soon as I drove off I noticed it was pulling hard right and bumping a little on that side. Went back the next day for an adjustment which they did. Didn't change, still pulling hard right and bumping. Took my car somewhere else. The alignment was fine on the front, lil off in the back. They fixed it but my car was still pulling hard right. They switched the front tires and it went from pulling hard right to just as hard left with the bumping on the left now. The shop recommended a new tire. I went back to Mavis and explained all this to them. They refused to replace the tire. They didn't even offer to check the tire. Therefore I will be taking legal action. I will not allow them to steal my money. And I will be seeking compensation for the extra alignment I got that I didn't need. Go to Mavis at your own risk!! They don't back their products or take care of their customers.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Duraleigh Road in Raleigh! I was in shopping next store to this location and came out to find I had a flat tire. I went into Mavis hoping to get the tire patched so I could make it home. The store manager Robin was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service and to have employees who genuinely care about helping their customers. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure everything was handled properly. Thank you to the store manager Robin and Jacoby for providing such outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this Mavis location and will definitely be returning. Five stars all the way!

  I came in because I had a tire leak and unfortunately found out the tire couldn’t be repaired. Robin, the manager, was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier. Robin was able to get me a great deal on two new tires and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate the honesty, kindness, and help. I would 1000% recommend this location to anyone needing tires or service. Thank you, Robin, for taking such great care of me!

  To say that these guys went above and beyond to make sure my 2012 Volvo XC60 R-Design was fixed the right way, the first time, is an understatement. I needed the driver side CV axle replaced and it turned out to be a very difficult job. They stayed an hour past close to ensure it was put back together and back on the road safely. I’ve also had tires changed here previously as well and they were quick when swapping them out. I’ve used this shop a few times now and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle back a hundred more. The Store Manager, Robin and Assistant Manager, Jacoby are always pleasant to work with and helpful with any questions. The technicians that worked on it, Marvin and Will are top notch guys as well. They made sure that the job was finished correctly the first time, and took time to ensure that it was safe before I took it home. Thank you guys for an awesome experience, and keeping my vehicle on the road!

  Late in the day while my family and I was shopping at the nearby mall, I found a screw in my tire. I called Mavis and asked if I had time to bring my truck in for a removal of a screw in my tire and a patch job. They said bring it and they would get it done. This was around 4 pm on a Sunday and they close at 5 pm. I let my family know and off I went. I arrived a little after 4:10 pm and they quickly pulled my truck into the bay and 25 minutes later I was on my way back to the nearby mall. I cannot thank the staff at this location as I met a few of them. Jacoby was the one I spoke with on the phone and meeting him was very pleasant and he truly cares about the customer. While in the waiting area I had a great conversation with Marvin about many things. He definitely made this stressor of finding a screw in my tire at a bad moment go away. Lastly, the technician Ryan was very punctual and responsive. Upon arriving, he pulled my truck into the bay and got to work. You could see him through the windows in the lobby and I could tell, he was very experienced. Within 25 minutes he had finished the job, returned the keys inside and I thanked him! The entire team I met this day were all very professional and experienced. You could tell they truly care about delivering a great customer experience as well as taking care of your vehicle.
