  I had Setup an appointment with a tech Sunday mar 17th for a possible rack and pinion job gave me a quote and everything and went up there today and the lady with tattoos on her arms told me no we dont do those repairs when thier website says otherwise.. complete waste of time and i do no appreciate that..they are liars and went to just tires instead.. do not recommend

  Terin did an amazing job helping us in an emergency! Had to have 2 tires and a hub replaced and they got us in last minute yesterday for the tires and replaced the hub this afternoon! Excellent service and very friendly

  The service was good and completed in a timely manner. But I don't like that I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment was not verbally offered to me. On my receipt, the note said "customer declined alignment" but I can't decline something that wasn't offered. I wish this had been mentioned to me at the time my vehicle was serviced. Also I got an email later that mentions returning after the first 25 miles for a torque recheck but this was also not mentioned when the car was serviced.

  I was in a pinch. My niece had a flat late in the evening which was replaced with a temp doughnut. My niece was terrified about driving on a doughnut so I frantically googled tire shops open after 7pm and to my absolute joy Mavis Tire & Brakes popped up. Mind you this was 745pm and they closed at 830 so I courtesy called ahead with my issue. Not only did they say come on in but they saved the brand new tire with a seal and had my niece back on the road rolling again within the hour. Special shoutout to Tevin with the great customer service. I promise you this is rare from a tire shop in NC. TELL ALL YOUR PEOPLE!! IF WE NEED SOMEONE TO SAVE US CALL MAVIS

  My wife, had full day planned and I was out of town- She was getting dogs groomed, watching grandchild and taking daughter to dentist- her day started with the front tire being extremely low - She took a shot with Mavis Tire on HWY 42 West in Raleigh - we are new to area so she did not know how things would work out. With dogs in tow on way to groomers she stopped at Mavis Tire. From the start she felt totally welcomed and appreciated. Julia reassured her that they would take care of issue and get her on her way so she would be on time for first appointment. Special, gentleman’s name who repaired tire , was kind and very helpful. Mavis tire is where we will go in the future for new tires or anything else. Thanks
