  They offer a lot of products and have appointments to install them but they did not appear proficient at problem solving. They worked on my truck for hours and could not resolve the problem. I was able to do the work in 10 minutes at my house. I was trying give some business to a local business but it was unsuccessful so I paid for labor but no work was completed.

  I purchased a Leer topper for my F150 from Leonard in 2019. It has been great, but recently I started having issues with the back window latches. I brought it in, and they quickly adjusted the topper placement on the truck bed and fixed the issue. There was no charge, that's great customer service!

  My first purchase was 14 years ago with a full soft bed liner, and my most recent add on to my Silverado in 2026 was done with the same friendly and efficient standard they have retained over the years.

  Leonard did a great job with my truck. I emailed the company and Russell responded with a phone call the next day. They installed an electric brake controller and a roll-up tonneau cover for my F-150. The team was professional and fast - I was in and out in less than an hour. I would definitively use Leonard again.

  Very helpful sales person and great customer service. Thoroughly answered questions and demonstrated use and installation for product. Very helpful and quick service. Very competitively priced. Very good experience.
