  I can’t recommend Jam at LDA Collision enough! This was my first time ever dealing with a car accident and the insurance process, and I honestly had no idea what to expect. Jam walked me through every step, handled so much of the back-and-forth behind the scenes, and made sure everything was done correctly. He took what could have been a really stressful experience and made it incredibly easy. The quality of the repair was outstanding. My car looks absolutely perfect. You would never know it had been in an accident. Beyond his expertise, Jam was just genuinely kind, professional, and easy to work with. He was always quick to respond, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I never had to wonder what was going on. If you need collision repairs, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jam at LDA Collision to any of my friends or family. He exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

  I had a great experience with these guys, I originally went to one of the major collision centers and when I felt like I was being taken advantage of, I called LDA Collision Center and asked if they were family owned and I was told yes and when I dropped my car off in those three days, he was on point from the time I dropped the car off, to the time I picked it up, they even fix some little scratches and dents that was not part of my accident. They did a great job on my Toyota Avalon,. Hopefully I never see them again, but if I need to they will be the one I go to

  This place started off on a good note. I took my car there for body repairs. My front end got dsmaged. Jam was nice and reasonable with the cost of my repairs. Then the completion date kept getting changed. I understand it can be a delay getting the parts delivered. When I get the call my car is done. I was happy to get my car back after a month. Then I get 2 blocks away and he call me again to tell me (there is a problem). When I get there my hood was up and he told me my car won't start. The wires to a module was burnt. The only way that could happen if something shorted the wires out. To make this long story short he repaired the problem but my car was butchered. My fog lights don't work, my under carriage cover missing, the wheel cover has a hole in it and now I have an extra marker light thats just hanging there. Mind you I had insurance paying for the repairs. All the necessary should have been replaced. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I could go on and on about other issues I found related to the repairs. If I could rate them with a zero I would.

  I am so happy with the work done on my car! Jam is incredibly communicative and wonderful to work with, and I was never left with any concerns or questions throughout the whole process. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, and can't express how thankful I am for Jam making this so smooth and problem-free from the moment I requested a quote. If I ever need work done on my car again, I will 100% be returning to LDA Collision Center!

  LDA Collision has a forever customer in me. If you’ve been wondering if they’re worth it, yes, they are. This is your sign. Not only are they kind, but they also consider the whole situation to deliver excellent results and take pride in their work. They won’t just address the issue but also see you as a person with your own needs. I trust them completely with my vehicle and know they will do an excellent job every time. I can’t sing their praises enough. They have gone above and beyond in every way. I am especially grateful for JAM’s kindness.
