  I had a terrible experience at King’s Auto and will not be returning. I brought my car in specifically for a brake fluid flush. Instead, I was told there was potentially an issue with another part of my vehicle, and they kept my car from 7:30 AM until after 5 PM. I called multiple times throughout the day for updates, only to eventually be told that they had found nothing wrong with the part they had originally brought up. Despite not finding anything wrong, they charged me $130 for a diagnostic that I did not ask for. They also did not perform the brake fluid flush I originally brought my car in for. I was then given a list of additional recommended repairs, including a timing belt replacement, and was told, “In my professional opinion, you need to replace it right away.” The timing belt replacement alone was quoted at $1,800, and the total estimate for all of the recommended services was over $3,000. Because that seemed extremely high, I got quotes from other shops. I ultimately found a reputable shop that quoted me approximately $1,300 for all of the services King’s Auto had quoted me $3,000+ for. Even more concerning, when I brought my car to the other shop, I was immediately informed that the timing belt had already been replaced. There was a sticker on the vehicle showing that it had been replaced in August 2023. I was therefore being strongly advised to replace a timing belt that had already been replaced recently. Overall, I left feeling that I was being pressured into unnecessary and significantly overpriced repairs, rather than simply receiving the service I originally requested. As a young woman, I also got the impression that I was being treated as someone who might not know enough about cars to question the recommendations or prices. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before agreeing to any repairs here. I will not be returning to King’s Auto.

  I highly recommend King’s Automotive! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Daniel was incredibly honest, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find an automotive shop you can truly trust, and King’s Automotive definitely earned my trust.

  Kings auto service was outstanding. We had a Toyota van 2010 that needed some difficult work done and new parts ordered. I had gotten an estimate from Toyota for a new driver side mirror and they said that they weren’t sure that they could source one and they weren’t sure how long it would take…. probably up to three weeks. I wasn’t happy with their solution and a couple friends had highly recommended Kings auto. When I explained all my challenges to Noah, he was able to solve all of my problems and get the side view mirror ordered and installed. I was blown away by his knowledge, commitment to excellence, ability to diagnose problems quickly and honesty. Noah and his team were wonderful. This company is our new go to for all of our cars!

  I took my Prius to Kings because something was going on with the Hybrid system and they came highly recommended. Once they diagnosed it, they let me know that it may be under warranty by Toyota. So I called Toyota and in fact it was. These guys were honest and that is so hard to find with mechanics these days. They could have easily not told me about the warranty and charged me for a repair. On top of it, they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. I highly recommend!!!! Thanks Daniel!
