  In April of this year I spent over $400 to get a set of brand new tires with a warranty on them. When getting the tires installed the gentleman that helped me said that the "warranty was all I would ever need" for the next 50k miles. Well the day before yesterday one of my tires failed. It went flat while driving on a busy road and my daughter barely made it to the side of the road to safety with the heavy traffic. After changing the tire we discovered that there was a tear in the tire on the side wall, not the tread. Where the tear was is impossible to make with regular driving and indicates either a manufacture defect or old tires. When I called today and explained the situation I was informed by the manager that I would have to take the car for inspection and then they would have to "see what corporate would be willing to do" since i didnt purchase a separate "road" warranty. Having to drive my car almost an hour back to their location to spend my one day off doing an inspection and "see" what they can do after telling me my warranty is worthless is not a trustworthy company. I have driven less than 6k miles since spending money on this new set of tires that I thought already had a warranty that would be useful in a situation like this. As a single mom the money I spent was money I didnt have to spend. As a business they should have better business practices and if they tell customers they are covered then they should be. Now, I have to find somewhere else that does honor their business commitments and get a new tire. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Be careful when dealing with these snake oil salesmen.

  Absolutely horrible 8 hours to change one tire. Zero communication only excuses. Gave local my business, never again . Couldn’t even get tire pressure correct. Never waste your time at this place.

  The Manager James was extremely professional. I called and needed a new battery and I didn’t have a lot of time as I was also working. He met me in the parking lot and remembered my name. He grabbed my keys and immediately went to work. I left 30 minutes later with a new battery and peace of mind. James is my new “go to” guy for car maintenance and tires. Daniel Butler.

  I made an appointment the day before for 5pm for an alignment before going out of town. Showed up for the appointment and the Service Manager Rashawn told me it was going to be an hour and a half before they could even pull my truck into the service bay. He looked at me if I were supposed to know what they did wrong. He told me all his service team was going home at 5. Idk how much sense that makes when you have appointments, but who am I? I would suggest getting new management because he looked at me as if it were my fault. Curt made the appointment and together they are about clueless!

  I made an appointment online and there were plenty of appointment times available. Since I needed to stay with my vehicle, I specifically selected the option to wait during the service. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was then told it would be about a two-hour wait. I completely understand that shops can get busy, but if appointments are being offered online and customers are asked whether they’ll be waiting with their vehicle, I would expect the scheduled appointment time to actually mean something. Had I known I’d be waiting two hours, I would have chosen a different time or made other arrangements. Definitely a frustrating experience.
