I come here mainly for annual inspections, they get you in and out. I would recommend getting there early though since it's first come first serve. Either way, the inspections take a reasonable amount of time. Decent waiting area too with a bench outside.

This place is incredible, I got there for a state inspection and about six cars In front of me and the next thing I know a gentleman told me it would probably be an hour and I said I’ll wait for a little while and then he came back to the car in front of me and then to me and said pull over into this lane and they took care of the state inspection much quicker and I know they didn’t have to do that. Without a doubt top-notch customer satisfaction and I’ll be back.

Went to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection and an oil change and left feeling straight up ripped off. Up front I confirmed every price with them: $40 for a pair of wiper blades, $15 for each side view light, $124 for the oil change, and $30 for the inspection. That should have come to about $220. After the work was done, the guy tells me my total is $360, then immediately starts rattling off a bunch of random discounts to bring it down to $260, still $40 more than what I agreed to. So I looked at the receipt. There was an extra $30 charge for oil that was never mentioned, and the wiper blades were billed at $40 EACH instead of $40 for the pair like we discussed. Confirm your price and still expect the total to magically go up. I will not be back.

I’ve never been so disappointed in the quality of an annual car inspection as I was today. First of all the tech kept blowing his nose, big time, never sanitizing before he entered my carmy car. He never tooted the horn. Check the wipers or anything under the hood. He did raise it, but never looked under it. All the other safety checks I’m sure he didn’t do either. He spent more time just standing there looking out into the parking lot than he did looking at my car. I said something to the manager about it all the things that I had seen. The manager never responded. I did ask for his name. Took a pic of information for Owners of that location. I’m just grateful that my car is in good shape and is safe. But I just think about all those that this guy has supposedly inspected that are not safe on the highway with me and others.

I took my company fleet vehicle to this location and asked them to perform whatever maintenance it was due for. I specifically requested a new rear wiper blade because the rubber had deteriorated to the point that it was hanging off the blade. While they worked on the vehicle, I sat outside with my laptop and happened to notice they never removed any of the wheels. When they finished, they handed me an invoice that had been sent to my company for over $500. During a quick walk-around, I immediately noticed the rear wiper blade was still the same one with the rubber hanging down. Despite that, the invoice included a $40 charge for replacing it. When I pointed it out, they insisted it had already been changed. It wasn’t until I walked the mechanic outside and physically showed him the damaged wiper that he admitted it needed to be replaced and finally installed a new one. That made me question the rest of the invoice. I noticed I had also been charged $35 for a tire rotation, so I asked if the tires had actually been rotated. The mechanic initially said yes. When I told him I had been watching and never saw the wheels come off, his answer suddenly changed. He then claimed one of the lug nuts was over-torqued and they couldn’t rotate the tires, saying I’d have to schedule another appointment to have it replaced. At that point I asked whether the other services listed on the invoice had actually been completed. The mechanic became visibly irritated but insisted they had. I reminded him that I put thousands of miles on this vehicle every month and needed to know whether it was safe to drive. He said it was, but seemed more upset that I was questioning the work than concerned about why two of the billed services clearly hadn’t been performed. I then asked another employee about refunding the tire rotation charge since it was never completed. I was told they could refund it, but it would “take a while,” which came across as an attempt to make it easier for me to just let the charge go. A few months later, I took the vehicle to a different, highly reputable shop for its next service and mentioned what had happened. They said they would replace the supposedly over-torqued lug nut and rotate the tires. After inspecting the vehicle, the mechanic came back and told me there wasn’t a single over-torqued lug nut on the car. Instead, he found that every lug nut on the left front wheel had been left loose. He told me I was fortunate I had brought the vehicle in when I did because losing a wheel at highway speed could have had catastrophic consequences. My experience was that this Jiffy Lube billed for services that weren’t performed, denied it until confronted with obvious evidence, and gave conflicting explanations when questioned. Most concerning of all, another shop later found a serious safety issue involving loose lug nuts that could have resulted in a major accident. I won’t be returning, and I certainly can’t recommend trusting them with anyone’s vehicle.
