  Pleased with service although it did take some time to get in for an inspection. Hopefully they will have a full time inspection crew soon with a consistent schedule.

  This is my 2nd visit to this Jiffy Lube location. I love it here. 1st Erik with the pink glasses is a whole VIBE! He is full of energy and explains all of the details of the service. This is not a place that tries to yank your chain because you are a woman. This is a clean location that is about their business. My oil change was perfect and my filters we’re disgusting and needed to be changed before I hit the road for a long journey to the beach. Let’s not mention the incredible customer service from JB the GM. He is a touch of class! I had to look outside the door to make sure I wasn’t at a 5 Star exclusive auto dealership. These gentlemen treated me like a true queen and they were fast! You may want to go somewhere else that may be cheaper but go to a location that cares, that treats you like a lady, and that explains their services to you in simple terms with no extra fluff!

  Amazing customer service, very friendly, I feel I could actually have a conversation with them. Did take a little while to get out but that's due to shipment of parts not the service. Out of all of our hands. Once they had the parts it was almost instant. Will be coming back

  If you remove a screw to access the oil filter, you should install it back… My under tray was scraping the road every time I hit a bump because they did not put it back.

  My car almost caught fire!!! I went to get an oil change yesterday and after everything was said and done, THANKFULLY, one of the guys pulled me aside and showed me how they spilled oil (you could clearly see it) from pouring it in too fast and how I should take it to another mechanic immediately! He told me that it was a leak in the engine where the oil is because the gasket is damaged. I took it to Assurance, 5 miles up the road as soon as I left Jiffy Lube. Once I parked it and was showing the guy at Assurance what the other guy showed me, my car was smoking like if i had driven it any further it would have caught on fire! In other words, if that one guy hadn't pulled me aside (because no one else was going to tell me!! This was after I had already paid) my entire car would have gone up in flames and Jiffy Lube would be buying me a new car. When I picked up my car from Assurance, they told me that the gasket is completely fine and they have no idea what Jiffy Lube was talking about and that Jiffy Lube is the one who messed up my car because they don't know how to properly put oil in my car. There was no leak!! Which is funny because this is not the first time Jiffy Lube has blamed their mechanics problems on a leak. The last time I got an oil change from this same location, I thought maybe there was a leak because when I was driving my car the next day, after already getting an oil change the oil light came on. When I took it in I told them about it and after looking at the car there was no concern about a leak but they kept trying to play it off. The guy said, if the problem happens again bring it back and they'll put dye in it to see where the leak is coming from. If they really thought there was a leak, they would have already done that, but we know that oil doesn't 'leak' that fast unless there's a gaping whole in my engine. In other words they never put oil in it in the first place! They tried covering it up by saying it was a leak, JUST LIKE THEY ARE DOING NOW!! When we called Jiffy Lube last night about a refund, because I wouldn't have had to pay an extra $200 if it weren't for their screw up, J.D. the manager, told us he would have to call his manager to see if he can even issue the refund. This is after J.D. kept trying to blame it on a leak (that doesn't exist) and that they had cleaned their mess (there were no smudge marks when the guy at Jiffy Lube showed me the mess). They clearly did not clean their mess considering I had to pay another mechanic shop to clean your mess. Again, an extra $200 I had to pay when I only went in for an oil change. We have not heard back from J.D. and when I call Jiffy Lube today (the next day because he never got back to me) they tell me he's not there and that he will call me back....
