  I’m so freakin aggravated with this company, it’s not even funny! First of all, I now know their “salespeople” because that’s exactly what they are in hindsight, flat out LIE about numerous things to get you to sign up with them. Including having you do all kinds of leg work and having paperwork notarized in order to receive financial assistance if you qualify, telling you everything is covered under the assistance besides if you get a violation, only for them to hit your account with multiple random charges after the install. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Full of people who clearly cannot be bothered with anything other than going with the motions of the day to day. If you have any kind of an issue, you’re hung up on, over and over. I was even hung up on by the SUPERVISOR in the eradication department. There was one girl who truly tried to help me out with all of this, and SHE was “disconnected” from her manager and I was supposed to hear back but never did. This was over being reimbursed all the charges that were taken from my account that should not have been. Okay so besides the piss poor customer service, the blatant liars that make up the enrollment department- this device itself, has cause my three year old to pee on herself TWICE. Hasn’t had an accident in over a year before this dang device. It’s caused my car to run so poorly I had the breaks changed thinking that had to be the problem, only for later that day I get a message on the device screen saying “run wire” something and after speaking with a CSR, it means the “device is faulty and needs to be replaced”. I let that lady know I was about to do these reviews AND post all of the videos I have of this thing screwing with us, all over the internet. Lo and behold the next day, the message on the screen was gone and everything was back to working properly. That right there told me they can control what this device does in real time. There’s an “arrival blow” and it will make you wait anywhere from 2-5 minutes to do it. Don’t move your car in a parking lot, just walk or you’ll be waiting around forever to be able to safely walk away from this device and your car. My keys were locked in my car once in front of the Walmart doors. TWO HOURS of my horn honking and lights going off blocking the entrance and could not get a soul on the phone with this company to help. Had to ride out the two hours waiting on AAA. My DuI was in 2015, hence my added frustration that my “181 remaining days” to serve with this thing that were randomly brought up is even more frustrating. Anyways, this thing is way more expensive than other places, do NOT believe an enrollment person about what financial assistance will cover, apparently it’s all a lie. AND you have an “arrival” blow that is a pain if you are only driving a short distance. I had to pull over on I-40 and turn my car off 5 times just between exits 319 and 398. After the 5th time, I realized it was happening when I’d turn the air in my car on and off. Turn on- device freaks out telling me turn the car off…there’s cars flying all around me, my three year old is terrified and crying bc I’m stressed and trying to pull off the road and then the horn starts going off until you get it turned off. FIVE times- and yes, I have all the videos of it. Intoxalock- This will NOT be my only review. I’ve also got a decent little social media following and I’m very tempted to share all these videos for content and awareness. I’ve given you ample amount of time for a supervisor or manager to actually listen to me and help me sort through all these issues, and yet no one has contacted nor can I keep anyone on the phone. You made your bed!!! Someone get in contact with me. I’m pretty sure this is the first online type review I’ve ever left, besides a couple good ones when I was really impressed with a place so take that as you will. I am NOT a Karen. I’m a single Mom who was used and abused long enough and I’m not taking how this company has done and treated me, lightly!!!!
