  Whats the point in having a phone number and an"intoxalock representative" if there's literally no one to talk to.

  I had mine done in New Bern and a technicians were great!!! I just transferred from Smart start to intox lock because the Smart start handheld kept violating me and then I couldn't get a hold of customer service. When I talk to intox a lot they assured me they had excellent customer care service 24/7.... This was absolutely a LIE!!!!! As soon as I got the unit installed from that point on I cannot get a hold of customer service and I've got four different phone numbers now and all of them go to the same generic AI voicemail that does not allow you to get a hold of anybody no matter what you press what you do you cannot get a hold of a human being!!!! I had one agent that was locally call me and give me her local number and assure me last week that if I called her if she didn't answer she would call me right back.... That was also a LIE!!! She never answered the phone last Monday and then finally called me back after the second time I called Tuesday and said she had a family emergency which is understandable because things happen. Although when she couldn't get customer service to get a hold of me I had been calling her everyday and she has not answered except for Tuesday last week that was it. Their customer service is horrible and then when you get on their app you can't chat with nobody and I've checked the email and there's no way to respond to anybody that way either!!!! They told me I could sign up for financial assistance but they couldn't get nobody in customer service to send me the paperwork so I had to call the service center and had them email it to me. That was after a week on waiting on customer service to send it to me via email.......? Then when I got it I had questions on the tax and where to send it cuz it tells you to take it or send it to where you're going to have your vehicle serviced but the technician said that they don't take it all they do is install and work on the units they don't deal with the paperwork at all and they don't know where I need to send it.…...... And of course this is going on the third week and I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody and customer service to tell me where to send it......... So I recommend that you look around for another company, or if you do it with this company get an actual name and number and write everybody's name and cuss my ID number down and try to get a phone number not the four generic ones that go to the same AI message......

  The staff were great at making sure that the install went well. Including training on a practice unit which really helped me to get the hang of it to not have a rough time when it came to driving.

  An absolute joke to get in contact with their 1-800 number. The service center is much better. Asia (the female worker at the service center) is extremely kind and outgoing, she's the best.
