Eliezer and Floyd are superstars. I’m always treated with enthusiasm and appreciation. Eliezer set keeps this place running smoothly and frictionless. Floyd keeps the trucks and equipment in top shape. Every truck I pick up is detailed to “a brand new look.” So grateful we found this team.
- EIEric IsenhartJun 20, 20261.0I reserved a truck online for a Friday, I get a call back about an hour later and am told they won’t honor the reservation as they don’t have any trucks in stock. I asked why it allowed a reservation and what the purpose of the reservation is and I am told by the employee that their system makes them “scrounge” for trucks in the area in case they are returned in time for the supposed reservation. Given no solution and being told I can’t even get a email that says my reservation is cancelled “not their department” I call back in about an hour and ask a different employee when they should have a truck back in. The guy then told me they may have a truck Monday, but they won’t know until Saturday. I clarify with the employee that they will be the ones that give me a call and reach out.on Saturday. Saturday comes around, no call. I try to call them, the location isn’t even open Saturdays. They just bs people to avoid doing their jobs.
