- MMMarcela MozosOct 16, 20261.0We rented the truck for a month, and my husband explained what he did for a living; we were never given any rules or specifications regarding mileage limits for the month. Regardless, we paid $9,982.54, and the payment was made on time. Furthermore, we were told from the start that the monthly fee was paid upfront and that the mileage charges would be collected once the truck was returned; however, while they informed us they would charge the first set of miles to the card, they charged the second set without giving us any notice. On top of that, they claimed we abused the rented equipment and stated we would never be allowed to rent from them again—even though we paid for a service. In the future, they should specify that there is a limit on the number of miles allowed. They were dismissive and rude. I do not recommend them; they are quick to rent out the vehicle, but it is abusive for them to tarnish the reputation of a customer who rented a truck and paid the full amount.
- VSVB SOct 15, 20265.0I arrived Saturday morning, and a tall gentleman(wish I knew his name) helped me. He had wonderful customer service and was so kind and helpful!! I really appreciate his awesome service. I just wish there were unlimited miles, other than that, awesome!!
- EJE. Preston Lewis, Jr.Aug 17, 20265.0Mr. Hough and his team are very professional and I enjoy getting my work trucks and vans from here and wouldn't go any other place, although I live right next to one, I will always come to this location. Thank you to your team! Will be back soon!
- ITIsaac ThomasAug 3, 20261.0Reserved a box truck over the weekend. Got there Monday at 7 sharp for them to tell me that it’s not available.
- MEMarcus ElmoreJul 6, 20261.0Terrible management. Jonathan Hough, is extremely condescending. Be prepared to be treated like you’ve never rented anything before. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend
