  It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been waiting for a callback from the manager. I’ve called corporate SEVERAL times and all they can do is send the manager a email for you. I was given the wrong class vehicle AND I reserved the vehicle for 9:00am and didn’t receive it until almost 11am. Delaying my trip and given the wrong vehicle . Two weeks later issue still haven’t been resolved !!

  The Worst. The manager Max or Mack. He’s very unprofessional. The way they treated us is just to much to discuss. Just go patronize someone else. I will never go there again. This is the Enterprise on Capitol Blvd & Spring Forest in Raleigh NC. They needs to be closed down. The worst experience ever.

  Book a car from enterprise capital blvd .. when we came here to pickup the car they said we don’t have any car that was fine but the girls on front desk was terrible and disrespectful. I just ask her mam do you have any other car available bcz we book suv but am ok with anything. She was yelling at me. She said i told you one we dont have car and without of my concern she cancelled my reservation. I come back to my hotel with tears

  It's usually chaotic here. 2-3 staff members and 10 people waiting to be helped results in waiting up to 20 minutes in a small lobby. It seems like someone is always in a jam at the counter, having to look up information or make a call and it just holds everything up. They gave me a car that had its license tags expired in December 2025, which was inconvenient because I already had the car and noticed days later, but when I called they had the registration card and tags at a nearby office and told me to bring it in the next day. So another 20 minute wait to get the tags which should have been on there before renting the car to me. Lastly, I called corporate after dropping the car off to see if I could be compensated for the license tag inconvenience and they told me a manager would be calling me back...never did.

  Corporate should be absolutely ASHAMED at the way they staff their enterprise locations. I tried calling this morning and held for 15 minutes before hanging up. I went to drop off my rental and understood why the phone wasn’t answered - there were probably 12 people waiting in that small lobby, maybe more. every worker there was moving as fast as they could and were extremely polite and professional considering the egregious understaffing. But clearly they were overwhelmed and managing best they could. There were times there was no associate behind the counter because they were all hustling to process customers. I even heard them turn several people away saying they ran out of cars. Shameful and embarrassing for enterprise. Great job to the local staff here I wish you had better working conditions
