  I was given a car I did not reserve to drive on a 6 hour trip. It was too late to wait or look for another location . Very uncomfortable and tired as a result of trip

  This is the Number One ☝🏿 place I go, use them about 3 to 5 times a year. The staff is always awesome 🤩 , in and out , they call to check on you, Top notch customer service!!!

  Today I went to this location to get a rental I reserved a 7 seater suv and was offerred a minivan or sentra I refused it and was sitting there since 12:40pm Max Lewis was the Manager helping me , he told me he was looking for cars by calling other locations, then he told me at 5 pm there will be returns. I sat in the waiting area because I wanted to get a car. Only small sedans were being returned and my son is 6’4. So I go to the branch manager Raynelle Mills when is the suv coming in she said at around 5. Then Approx around 3:30 or little after Rogue and tuscan come in I say I’ll take the rogue , a couple who was waiting maybe 30 mins she walks over to them after I said I would take the rogue and gives them a choice between the two cars . I continue to wait it’s around 5 now a lady walks in and has 7 seater reserved just like me and Raynelle branch manager calls another location and gets her a 7 seater, so I go to Max Lewis and I tell him he says she is running the show. so I go to her and I say I been waiting 5 hours for a 7 seater and you get on the phone get another customer one, you pick in chose who you want to help but you seen me waiting for 5 hours. Then 6:15pm comes around we have no cars we are closed, So are you going to accommodate me for tomorrow no we are booked you can go to a different company. This has caused me to miss my medical appointment in ct, She walked out smiling and laughing while I was sending a message to her Manager. I know no action will be taken that’s why she treats people the way she does. She never acknowledged me and I was there for 5 hours to try to help me but she’s the branch manager. This is prime example of bad management I owe money to hotel and I have to try to get into the doctor in ct. I would not go to this location if you want good customer service or even if you need to get a car don’t go to this locate stay away. It’s been several days sinceI called left a complaint and no one has reached out to even acknowledge my complaint. I’ve done business with enterprise since I was 20 yrs old this has been my worst explain by far.
