  All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Kimora did an excellent job! She had me in and out for a pick up in less than 15 minutes.

  Lafire , was great, she helped us with an insurance claim rental return and then I rented out another vehicle right after for a trip. She made sure my concerns were taken care, there was a nail on 1 of the vehicle's tires. She made sure we had a safe vehicle for our trip.

  Bait and switch. Rented through State Farm, quoted one rate over the phone, was given another when I arrived. I asked Tatum the manager for the branch managers info and she said she would not rent me the car because the rate would not change. When I said I will speak with Joneka she accused me of raising my voice which was untrue and unprofessional and she became a victim to try and not get an escalation or complaint. Go somewhere else

  Do not rent from this enterprise location!!! Extremely rude service from the Branch Manager. UPDATE – 72 HOURS LATER: I formally reported this incident to Enterprise Customer Service and requested escalation, but was told they could not provide a complaint/reference number nor guarantee that management would contact me. More than 72 hours later, I have received no response from the Area Manager or corporate customer service. I am extremely disappointed that Enterprise has not followed up on a serious complaint involving the manager who repeatedly told me she was “doing me a favor” by renting a car on a confirmed reservation. Very disappointing and rude customer service, followed by zero follow-up from Enterprise area management or corporate.
