  Had an issue with another rental company, but the guys down at downtown Raleigh Enterprise saved me and were able to get me a rental on short notice. I was in and out quickly, and they even let me extend my rental mid-rental! They even picked me up down the street. Can't say enough about my experience... Thanks guys!

  The rating of the Enterprise location is misleading. My experience was fantastic. Alex and Damari were delightful. My pick-up and return were so swift, I'd sworn they skipped a step.

  I had a confirmed reservation at this location and then received a text message saying they have no cars available 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car. They offered me nothing to help resolve the problem they had caused. Don't use Enterprise if you actually need a car, they are utterly unreliable.

  Dropped off my truck to get serviced and was on my way to pick up rental in an uber. Scheduled pickup was 8am. They text me at 8:01 telling me they have no more vehicles at the location after I reserved one the day before. Time and money spent getting over to them for them to not give me any heads up at all.

  Needed a rental car in an emergency situation for a trip leaving tomorrow. We reserved an SUV (durango) which is what is needed due to going through mountains and what I am used to driving. Got there and they did the bait and switch do not have it!! Only have a low-to-ground mini van. Unwilling to help and find a solution tonight such as picking one up at another enterprise on our trip!!! Said it is "an issue they are having with their system". So what are we supposed to do?? Still charged full price and no solution.
