  You need to pull in to the extra space storage parking deck, not the other one to be able to leave the car for Enterprise

  I needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. The Enterprise on South St in Raleigh made the pickup and drop-off of my rental so easy. I was able to get the small SUV I needed and everyone was very courteous and helpful. I recommend it!

  We had a one way resy booked . We showed up at desk to be told no car was available and we were SOL. The desk said the manager called to warn us an hour before hand which we did not receive (the story changed to the manager called the previous night). The person at the front desk pretended to transfer our reservation over to the airport location (which didn’t happen - airport location told us that wasn’t possible .) We had to uber to another location at our own expense . The airport couldn’t honor the original rate. Not good customer service , skip them and just use the airport .
