  This is by far the worst Enterprise location I have ever visited. The employee at the front desk completely ruined my reservation. He failed to properly explain the procedure to me, and because of his lack of communication, I lost the vehicle and the very affordable rate I had originally booked. As a result, I had to go to another rental company at the last minute and pay almost three times the original price for another car. Absolutely horrible experience and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service—Kay made everything easy! I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location, and I especially want to recognize Kay. From the start, she was very friendly and attentive, and she made the whole process quick and smooth. She truly took the time to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be before I left. What stood out most was her follow-through—she stayed helpful and thorough both before I left and when I returned, which really gave me confidence and made the experience stress-free. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a fast and efficient yet friendly staff that makes everything easy. Thanks again, Kay!

  I had a great experience with Enterprise on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. Charisma, the Assistant Manager, provided excellent customer service and made sure everything went smoothly. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. I also want to give a big shoutout to Ian for going the extra mile to make sure my 15-passenger van was nice and clean. With a vehicle that size, I really appreciated the attention to detail and effort he put into getting it ready for us. Thank you, Charisma and Ian, for making the rental experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service from start to finish—I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location!

  Justin at the Raleigh Hillsboro St. location was great. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and did everything he could to get us into a vehicle that worked well for us. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend working with him.
