  They were amazing, promptly got me in my car and it was perfect! I won't rent anywhere else in Raleigh!!

  2 hour delay, after calling to confirm, and received the same car that was sitting on the lot those entire two hours. No repairs, detail, work or staff even touched it. How do I know? I waited across the street at the gas station watching the location... and the clock. The car was severely smoked out and extreme pet dander. Disturbed the agent even rented it without any comment. Also, he declined to indicate physical damages on the form, saying "it is not a big deal." Fortunately, I was recording vid as we walked the vehicle. Due to long work trip, already late, couldnt wait longer and they did not have any other option. TWO other enterprise locations used a smoke removal machine. Each time, Smoke returned after a few days. It took two tries, 2 personal details, one personally paid fogger and one personal "to go" fogger from another enterprise detailer. Oh, and we machined washed the mats at a laundromat and used biocleen organic odor remover several times on the vinyl. Bags, equipment and clothing all smelled like smoke for three weeks. How embarrassing in meetings. The point of a corporate rental is to ride share. We could not share this vehicle. Staff immediately commented on the smoke and one is allergic to dogs. She sneezed for hours. Also, the vehicle had transmission issues from day 2. Abysmal service for a corporate long term rental. Epic fail and zero servicing options. If this were a personal rental and choice, I'd never use enterprise again and would never even have accepted the keys.

  Wow! Such great customer service! Vinny was there when I was distraught dealing with insurance . He set me up with the best fit for me! He was kind, informative, and understanding. I wish everybody had a guy like Vinny on their staff! I was lucky enough to return my car and V was the one to help me on my way! Easy as pie, kind as can be! Give this man a raise!! Thanks.....

  Ultimately, I was forced to rent a vehicle at a higher price than the rate at which I had made my reservation. Upon my arrival, they informed me that the vehicle I had reserved was unavailable and that they could offer me a different vehicle, provided that I paid the price difference.
