This location and staff was fast friendly and committed to helping us after our original reservation was botched by the Fuquay branch - to the guy who was running na k and forth to the lady who answered the phone to the staff that washed our rental with urgency thank you 🙏 we were two hours late meeting my daughter but if this crew wouldn’t have stepped up it would have been even later due to Fuquay and Apex branches not even returning our calls or needs - Thank you to the whole team especially the guy who was running ba k and forth doing 2-3 jobs in one from taking calls- to scheduling - to showing us our rental and competing the transaction- thank you for caring about your customers and brand name- I wish this guy was on my staff as he went above and beyond!

Vehicle had a terrible vibration between 45 and 55 mph. Navigation and communication did not work properly..used android and apple..the 'where to' function only showed local locations. Couldn't put in an out of state address..checked all settings..still didn't work. Had reserved Vehicle pickup at 10am...was not ready until 11am. Made phone call to agent about vibration and agent stated WE would have to call another enterprise location to check availability.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car and I will absolutely never choose enterprise ever again. They gave me the wrong car, which ended up having bad brakes then wasn’t able to use it And they offered me a different car, but then never called or told me where to pick it up from How to get it or anything that would actually help me. After going back back-and-forth all day and missing The first part of my vacation I ended up going with TURO.

Booked a reservation online. Traveled all night and arrived at this located at 7am. The manager called me just before opening hour 8:00am just to be told they did not have any cars available. Stranded He refused to make Any accommodations for me…no shuttle to another location. He slept blaming me that I made the reservation during closing hours. How the hell was I supposed to know that when it’s an online reservation. I see others had the same experience. New management needed. I’m furious. WHY SHOULD I WASTE MORE OF MY RIME WITH THIS MARTER. I tried making reservation at a different location and the same person DEVORIE said he was the manager again. First he told me he had availability in the breath he said he did not. Enterprises is bias toward it’s customers.

Confirmation Number: 2113080550 Complaint Reference: 51668582 I have decided to write an updated review because my previous review did not fully describe what I experienced. My conclusion remains the same: if you don't want last-minute travel problems, avoid this location. They take no accountability for the situations they create. Three days before my trip, I went to this branch to make sure I would get the vehicle class I needed. I specifically needed a **7-seater**, and that was non negotiable for my trip. The staff advised me to book online and assured me that if I booked ahead of time, I would get the type of vehicle I needed. Based on that assurance, I went home and made the reservation. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle (two days after the reservation), I was told that no similar vehicle was available and was offered a much smaller 5-seater instead. A 5-seater simply would not work for my trip. When I brought up the policy of providing customers with the same vehicle class or an equivalent replacement, the staff seemed completely unconcerned and acted as if the situation was not a big deal. I then called Enterprise customer service to see if another location had the same vehicle class available. I was told that no equivalent vehicle was available at that time and that I would need to start my trip the next day if I wanted the same class of vehicle. That was not possible for me. After spending nearly two hours trying to find a solution through Enterprise, I finally gave up and contacted another rental company. Unfortunately, it was just before Memorial Day weekend, and because I was forced to book at the last minute, the cost was significantly higher than normal. I had no choice but to pay the extra amount to secure the vehicle I needed. I felt Enterprise was responsible for both the additional cost and the time I wasted before a long trip, especially since they never notified me ahead of time that the vehicle would not be available. Had they informed me in advance, I could have made other arrangements. What happened next was even more frustrating. I contacted Enterprise because I believed a reputable company would take responsibility and reimburse the additional cost I incurred because of their failure to provide the reserved vehicle class. Instead, another cycle of frustration began. When you submit a complaint through chat, you do not receive a confirmation email or any proof that the complaint was actually submitted. Every time I followed up for an update, I was told the same thing: "We can't see the complaint from our side. We will submit another one." They only provide you a reference number if you ask, but you can't do anything with the number. Over the past two months, I have contacted Enterprise six different times, and every single time I received the same response. No update. No resolution. No accountability. At this point, the whole process feels like a system designed to avoid responsibility rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns. So be careful with this branch and, based on my experience, with Enterprise as a company. I am done spending my time chasing updates and repeating the same story over and over again. I am now considering other ways to pursue a resolution.
