I have decided to write an updated review because my previous review did not fully describe what I experienced. My conclusion remains the same: if you don't want last-minute travel problems, avoid this location. They take no accountability for the situations they create.
Three days before my trip, I went to this branch to make sure I would get the vehicle class I needed. I specifically needed a **7-seater**, and that was non negotiable for my trip. The staff advised me to book online and assured me that if I booked ahead of time, I would get the type of vehicle I needed. Based on that assurance, I went home and made the reservation.
When I arrived to pick up the vehicle (two days after the reservation), I was told that no similar vehicle was available and was offered a much smaller 5-seater instead. A 5-seater simply would not work for my trip. When I brought up the policy of providing customers with the same vehicle class or an equivalent replacement, the staff seemed completely unconcerned and acted as if the situation was not a big deal.
I then called Enterprise customer service to see if another location had the same vehicle class available. I was told that no equivalent vehicle was available at that time and that I would need to start my trip the next day if I wanted the same class of vehicle. That was not possible for me.
After spending nearly two hours trying to find a solution through Enterprise, I finally gave up and contacted another rental company. Unfortunately, it was just before Memorial Day weekend, and because I was forced to book at the last minute, the cost was significantly higher than normal. I had no choice but to pay the extra amount to secure the vehicle I needed.
I felt Enterprise was responsible for both the additional cost and the time I wasted before a long trip, especially since they never notified me ahead of time that the vehicle would not be available. Had they informed me in advance, I could have made other arrangements.
What happened next was even more frustrating. I contacted Enterprise because I believed a reputable company would take responsibility and reimburse the additional cost I incurred because of their failure to provide the reserved vehicle class. Instead, another cycle of frustration began.
When you submit a complaint through chat, you do not receive a confirmation email or any proof that the complaint was actually submitted. Every time I followed up for an update, I was told the same thing: "We can't see the complaint from our side. We will submit another one." They only provide you a reference number if you ask, but you can't do anything with the number.
Over the past two months, I have contacted Enterprise six different times, and every single time I received the same response. No update. No resolution. No accountability.
At this point, the whole process feels like a system designed to avoid responsibility rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns.
So be careful with this branch and, based on my experience, with Enterprise as a company. I am done spending my time chasing updates and repeating the same story over and over again. I am now considering other ways to pursue a resolution.
