  We had an outstanding experience with this Enterprise location tonight. We were in a real bind after another Enterprise location unexpectedly canceled a reservation we had made months ago this afternoon. We needed two 15-passenger vans to transport a group of teenagers for an event, and we needed something this evening. The team at this location stepped up in an incredible way. Within an hour, they were able to secure and provide both vans we needed. Which, if you’ve ever tried to rent 15 passengers during the summer, you’d know this was a miracle. Their professionalism, urgency, and customer service were absolutely exceptional. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help when you’re in a difficult situation, but that’s exactly what they did. They turned a very stressful situation into a smooth one and helped ensure our event could happen as planned. Thank you for your amazing work and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a company that truly takes care of its customers!

  Enterprise on Creedmore, Raleigh. Best Customer Service of any Car Rental Company including other Enterprises locations! I have used this location many times over the last year. Each time the customer service gets better. I travel for a living and this location is the Best! Bobby Fields
