  Great experience buying my car here. I didn’t think it would be possible but they made it happen. Staff is awesome and reps Ray and Julie were so fun and friendly to work with.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise thanks to the wonderful lady Roquelia who helped me with my rental. She was friendly, professional, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Her excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you for making my rental experience such a pleasant one!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. My rental was provided through GEICO after a collision where I was not at fault. At pickup, I was charged only the tax amount, which was expected. The return date given by Caliber/Geico and the date I actually returned the vehicle at Caliber were exactly the same, with no delays. Despite returning the car on time, Enterprise called asking for additional payment. I clearly told them not to charge my card, and their representative agreed. Even after that clear instruction, Enterprise still charged my card for $52.96 without my authorization. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. On top of that, the rental car they provided had a strong cigarette smell from the moment I picked it up. The odor stayed throughout the entire rental period. This was especially concerning because I had a 9 year old and a pregnant wife, both of whom had to suffer through the smell every time we used the vehicle. No family should be put in that situation, especially when the rental is part of a no‑fault insurance claim. Unauthorized charges and poor vehicle condition are not things customers should ever have to deal with. I expect Enterprise to reverse the charge and take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle they provided.

  Very helpful staff. The office I rented from is usually for car exchanges so the vehicles aren't low mileage and/or looking new vs. renting from the airport.

  We rented a car in Virginia and planned on returning it there, but 3 hours into our trip, the car's AC stopped working on a 100 degree day in NC. After visiting 2 other Enterprise locations to get a replacement car, we found this Enterprise (Glenwood Ave) was able to get us a similar car with working AC at the last moment right before close of business that day. Ro, the Branch Manager, went out of her way to help us in our stressful situation. We are grateful to Ro!
