    Roe the branch manager made my experience the best I could hope for. She was knowledgeable, compassionate and honest. She answered any questions I had and followed up as she promised. For her alone, I will shop this location for rentals.

    I rented a car in 9005 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27617 location. I think his name is either Jason or Mason. He deserves some recognition. I'm not completely sure but he was very courteous and respectful. That means a lot!

    after being stranded in a enterprise vehicle that broke down on me actually the 4th vehicle with issues. The people here understood the stress and gave me the best experience with the company so far. I had no issue with the vehicle they provided customer service was 10 out of 10 ,other stores treats current customers less important meaning if your in a vehicle they can car less if your in happy with it they will tell you its nothing they can do for you once your in a vehicle. I have asked for help with a safety issue and was told they have no cars to change me in however I had my sister call make a reservation and they was happy to find a vehicle in less than a hour. I recommend this store First thank me later.

    I made a last-minuteonline reservation on April 9, 2026. The location was 9005 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27617. The price I reserved wasn't the price they gave us when we arrived. They said they didn't have that category in stock. She said they had a higher category they could give us for more money. Since it was not my error, I felt they should have given us the higher category car but for the lower reserved rate. Although they didn't actually have any cars for the category I reserved, the website let me make the reservation for that category and price. Therefore, this price should have been honored. She said several times that I made a late/last minute reservation. That was irrelevant because if the site let me make a reservation, that price should have been honored. There were other companies I went to first to make a reservation, but they wouldn't let me because they said they were sold out. It seems as though there is an issue with how the computer stock is updated. This is not my fault nor the agent's fault. But if I have a reservation, at the very least, my price should be honored if the vehicle type is not available. You can't make a car appear, but you can honor the price reserved. Although I made the arrangements, the actual reservation was in my mom's name. Once we got there and realized that not only was the car type I reserved not available but that now the total would be more, understandably my mom wasn't happy. The first agent listened to us talk to her and each other about the situation. My mom mentioned something about giving a bad review about our experience. The two agents were talking to each other. I heard the one say something along the lines of I don't think it matters or I don't think it's going to work. My mom asked if there was a manager. The other lady at the counter said she was the manager. She told my mom she wasn't going to rent to us after hearing my mom say she was going to put a bad review. At some point she told us how the system works to try and explain how the computer could have allowed me to reserve a car they didn't actually have. We told her we understood that this part wasn't on her. We were never really concerned about the specific car. It was the fact that they couldn't give us the courtesy of keeping the price that we had on our reservation. After some waiting and back and forth, we were able to get a car, but we still paid the higher price. My mom filled out something that she was sent through email after our trip was over and put that she was dissatisfied. Someone was supposed to call her 3 weeks later, but noone did. Since she never received a response, I am completing this review.
