  This individual right here is a very bad poor representation of Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎 I want to start yesterday right on time to pick up my reservation vehicle. When I went to the front he was very nice to the previous customer.... So I believe that I was going to be very fortunate to have a very wonderful experience to give a great review!.... Unfortunately that did not work out the way as planned 🤮🤮🤮👎 The representator was very disrespectful. Was very rude. Was very unpolite and temper-minded He explained to me word by word after I gave them my reservation number not even without no hesitation why he was looking at his computer that he didn't have nothing available and I had to sit back down 🙂‍↕️😓 not explaining or telling me why... 20 seconds later the next party came up. He was very nice. He put them in a vehicle in no time. They had a reservation yesterday. Their reservation has passed..... I had a reservation that same day and I was on time which vehicles were available..... The unfortunate situation of this and of the unfortunate individual that was working at Enterprise this day.... Called the police on me asked me to leave immediately right when I asked him word for word"" "By Stating man, how could you skip me like this?? How could you allow another party in front of me and give them a vehicle without giving me one and that is no disrespect to the parties in front of me..." "' The very disrespectful individual located inside of this picture say you know what just for that get out. I'm not written to you now!!😓😓🙂‍↕️😭😭😭😭😭 And I'm calling the police! 😭😭😭😭😭😐 That is very bad. How could you change someone to treat individuals like this!! 🙂‍↕️ You don't know where they will have came from to get a rental car from you. Don't know if they have a ride back from getting a rental car from you!!! That was the most unpleasant, most unfortunate experience ever in my life and ever that someone else had to witness!!!!.... DISUNATE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IT NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED NO ONE HAS CALLED ME NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT FOR NO APOLOGETIC NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER!!!..... WHEN YOU HAVE POOR MISREPRESENTATIONS DISRESPECTING LOYAL CUSTOMERS THAT DID THE CORRECT THING TO GET A VEHICLE TO TAKE THEIR FAMILY FOR A VACATION!!!.... THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER AND ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR CAPITAL BOULEVARD IS THE WORST ONE OUT RIGHT NOW NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION WHATSOEVER A VERY SAD SITUATION!!!!..... DO NOT RENT FROM HERE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY WELL THIS GUY HE'S BIASED SO HE MIGHT BE ALL RIGHT TO FEMALES BUT HE DEFINITELY DO NOT LIKE MEN!!!! CRAZY AND SAD 😭 😭 😭 😭🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎😥

  I appreciate how smooth it was to get the car and pick it up. No complaints, workers were nice and communicated well.

  Had a reservation for months, even called the week prior to confirm my reservation. I was contacted 90 minutes before pick up that 1 of my 2 vans was no longer available. I was offered then an additional 2 vans for the one that was no longer available. I was then transferred to the manager who immediately claimed he wouldn’t rent me any vehicles and to look elsewhere. I don’t know what happened in the span of 10 minutes, but I went from having 2 vans, to 3 vans, to 0 vehicles at all once speaking to the manager. He was rude and condescending and offered no help at all. Literally the worst business I’ve dealt with and customer service- this is in regard to the manager only. After a lot of work, I was able to contact another location off 6300 Creedmoor Road that was absolutely spectacular and helpful. One of the best customer services I’ve received. They had the exact vehicles I needed. Highly recommend taking your business there, it’s not far away from this location.

  The workers are great, but management understaffs this location so it took 30 minutes to pick up a car. The rental car's windshield was so dirty that the wipers couldn't clean it. and the car had the 'service due' alert on the entire week I had the car. not a great location, I wish management treated their workers better

  Terrible customer service! Put me in a car with a broken seat and rather than help me get in another car, they said “you are welcome to go up the street.” Why am I having to solve the problem for you? I wasn’t the only unhappy person in the office.
